I have taken 22 bonds in July 2016 for Rs. 19.20 lakhs. On July 31st 2019 Rs 15lakhs has been creited into my account in SBI. Balance Rs4.20 lakhs is to be paid to me. I have sent two mails but no response Kindly inform the position.

जैसा कि आये दिन अक्सर सुनने में आता है कि टोलनाके पर जबरन वसूली का काम चल रहा है जिसमे मुंबई नासिक हाइवे पर घोटी टोल जहाँ पर गुंडागर्दी अपने चरम सीमा पर है वहाँ आज हमारे साथ भी गुंडई करके टोल लिए जबकि पड़घा टोल पर जी गाड़ी बिना टोल के छोड़ते हैं वह गाड़ी घोटी टोल पर भी छोड़ते है लेकिन यहाँ सिर्फ गुंडागर्दी है ,रोड के हालात बदतर है बहुत बड़े बड़े गड़हे है ।।
आप से बस इतना निवेदन है कि इस मामले को गंभीरता से ले ताकि किसी के साथ कोई अनहोनी न हो ।। धन्यवाद

We just pass at rajdok toll plaza on Jaipur -Agra Highway. There was not a single dedicated fast tag lane. The lane in which we entered the fast tag reading equipment not working. It took us 15 min to clear the toll while toll employs fumbled with hand held machine. Vechiles are passing in two minuite on all the lanes while paying through cash. This means that the toll plaza employes are discouraging the use of fast tag. Kindly look into the matter and ensure dedicated fasttag lane with working sensers.

In navayuga toll(Bangalore-Nelamangala toll) we waited for more than 20-25mins as there was 1km que. Inspite of such a long time they collected toll fee. Plz look in to the issue.

Dear Sir,
On 28th of March, I had left for Mangalore from Kundapura, passing through Three Toll plazas namely, Sasthan, Hejamadi, and Surathkal. As per my plan, I had to return the same day latest by night 9pm and so collected Return Journey Tickets at all the three plazas, by paying Rs 65, 50, &75 respectively.
Unfortunately, I could not return on same day by 9pm as per plan,or the next day within the given expiry of time limit. As a result, I had to purchase fresh single journey ticket by paying appropriate amount for Single Journey at all toll plazas on my return journey.
In this case, as a lesson learnt by me, my suggestion would be to issue only single journey Tickets with a note mentioned on it "Eligible for paying only the 50% of single journey, if the return journey is performed within 24 hrs of the Time printed on the ticket" failing which Full amount is payable.
By above scheme, upfront collection of return journey fees is abolished and yet the traveller retains the benefit of discounted fees, if he meets the condition of returning within 24 hrs by preserving the "SINGLE JOURNEY" ticket in line with preserving "RETURN JOURNEY" ticket aa prescribed currently
I am hopeful that, you would appreciate the scheme and implement it at all plazas, with immediate effect.
Note: Here neither the Toll owner nor the Traveller is at loss, the Time limit plays an important role.
Also, I am attaching an image of single journey tkt, issued on my return journey, at Hejamadi, which clearly shows a stretch on some other NH, although Hejamadi is on NH66. The issue may be viewed seriously

Money collected when Fastag fails by Shivashankar Pattabhiramain Vasanad:

Please see below on toll paid... We had to wait for 10 mins in the Fastag lane with a long queue of vehicles. When we reached the boom crossing, there were a 4 people standing, they forced us to pay Rs20 since automated machine was not working, they refused to give receipt saying we have to move because of long queue of vehicles. No time to argue since we were tired.
If Fastag does not work then NHAI as a rule must allow free transit....
Later in the night, I got the SMS that I have been charged for the transit through Fastag... please see below...
You must take action and avoid fleecing people and not issuing receipts....
