I have visited several times from kurukshetra to new delhi.... on nh 1 in city gharaunda... i have a car inova on yhe name of UDASIN BRAHAM AKHADA SAHIB LOK BHALAI TURST PEHOWA... this is registrate on turst ... so all the tol tax are not taking any tol tax.. but right now they ask me for the tol tax amount... i have paid all the amnt... bt the way of taking of this people is not good... plz take a action....

सर मैं ये जानना चाहता हु की अगर मैं एक highway से आ रहा हु और मैन वहाँ टोल दे दिया है, अब मुझे दूसरे हाईवे पर आना है, और जैसे ही मैं दूसरे हाईवे पर आता हूं तो वहाँ बमुश्किल 15 किलोमीटर चलने के बाद दुबारा टोल देना पड़ता है जबकि मैं सिर्फ उस हाईवे पर 15 किलोमीटर चला हु। इसके तुरंत बाद मुझे दूसरा रास्ता जाना है तो मुझे दूसरा स्टेट हाईवे पर टोल मिल जाता है सिर्फ 10 किलोमीटर चलने के बाद, ऐसी इस्थिति में क्या मुझे तीनो टोल प्लाजा पर टोल देना होगा, जबकि मैं दूसरे हाईवे पर सिर्फ 20 किलोमीटर चलता हूं। कृपया सहायता करे।

Dear Sir,
I am a huge supporter of your policies of improving Highways of our country. The results are already visible and there is a lot of improvement in roads quality but the Truckers have almost ruined all the good work done by you.
I regularly travel on my car to entire North India and I have seen this trend on all highways that almost 50% trucks drive regularly on extreme right lane means the Overtaking lane, that too at 50 kmph, the remaining 50% drive on other two lanes, so it becomes so dangerous to drive your car in such conditions and your average speed also reduces a lot.
I have observed that 10 years from now condition was not that bad but now they don't even response to your horns and they are not at all afraid of police as I have not seen any police man stopping them from driving on Overtaking Lane.
Sir, Please intervene as condition is getting worse day by day as more and more truckers are preferring to drive on Overtaking lanes and numbers are increasing regularly.

my vehicle no. is MH 40 BE 8350 (MARUTI SWIFT DESIRE WHITE)
today (4/3/2019) at 14:20 i ask about return slip, but toll person give me single side reciept.
when i was return at 19:00 same day I show that slip then I come to know that the slip was single side and toll authority misbehave with me and tell me to take another single side slip. that time i take another slip of single side and make payment by debit card. the toll authority also deduct the amount from my fast tag account.
this is realy cheating with customer.
my complaint is that the toll will be of 120 (single side) and 180 (double side), it is not a small amount. when i ask about return slip they give me single slip. then during return time they misbehave with me and take two time extra amount from me. both are online payments. i want my rs.120 back and punishment to toll authority about this matter.
it is my kind request. please look into this matter. i attached all photos of slip and online transaction of fast tage and debit card payment.

We have done an investment in Capital gains Bonds of 50 lacs in the name of Mrs Premila Khanna on Monday 30th April. Her Demat account got activated on Tuesday 1st May. Since her account was not active, account details could not be incorporated for issue of Bonds In demat Form.
Kindly advise ,if Demat account details and Client Master is submitted now, can the BOnds Be issued in Digital form in demat account.

Sir this is to inform you that on national highway 5 there is place MALYANA in tehsil & district shimla pin 171006 .The muncipal corporation shimla has constructed a rain shelter without taking permision of NHAI.It has been constructed in such location that it has created an ACCIDENTAL PRONE AREA.Constructed rain shelter is voilating basic road saftey rules and also IRC 080 Guidelines.It is a major threat to life of school going kids .our major concern is about the life of the people because people have to cross the nh to catch the bus. It is not visibel from one side of the road. I have raised the issue with the MC but there is no response from them.As it is on the national highway and responsibility of road saftey on NH is on NHAI so thats why i am raising the issue with you. We need your kind attention on that as soon as possibel before any mishappenig occurs..
