I am in army. I was moving to lucknow with pesonal vehicle on purvanchal expressway. When i reached haliyapur toll plaza , the staff was seen my identity card. But he was demanding for Movement letter . According to new rule there are no mention about Movement letter although i was in leave . This is genuine problem for us please you will concern about this .

It is pathetic to note that NH Odisha and some places of Jharkhand even after showing them the I Card of Defense Forces they charge toll and act very rudely. It is stated by the NH that the officer should be in his official vehicle or in duty. Please tell me in the following cases how and why the officer will be in official vehicle or in uniform.
1. When he is on Temporary Duty to a location and he is to join his forces over there.
2. When officer has come back from leave and he is going to join his unit in war games.
3. If he belongs to Military Intelligence.
4. He is going on a course.
5. He is traveling to join his unit.
Why legal action should not be initiated for showing disrespect to Defence Officers when they leave Police Vehicles which are not on duty and not in uniform.

I was travelling on 09 Sept from Bengaluru to Kochi by car. At the toll operated by MVR Infrastructure and Tollways Pvt Ltd. their tag reader would not read my tag. The problem occurred at Omalur on the Tumbipadi- Namakkal toll gate. I had already crossed four tolls before this and had no problem. The staff at this tollway were very rude and made me pay a fine. Their machines are outdated and does not read the tag properly. After this toll i crossed another 10 tolls on my way to Kochi and had no problem anywhere. This toll operator should be taken to task and he should be made to update his equipment. Some of their readers are so old and are held together with masking tape

Sir, I am surprised to receive a message that rupees 75 have been deducted at Nallur toll plaza near Chennai Tamilnadu for my vehicle no TN01 AW 4375 Datsun Go Car on 3-10-2023 at 12.16.41.
I was at home at that time and my car was parked in my parking place inside my apartment. I called 1033. The line was not clear. They spoke to me in Hindi and said they will call me later for Tamil. My ticket no 9111350 registered with 1033.
In this regard I would like to know about the vehicle which actually passed at the toll plaza. Please check and expecting your reply at the earliest since it’s a serious issue of having the same number.

15नवंबर को मै अपनी सेंट्रो गाड़ी hr 12 j 9427 से सुबह 9 बजे के आसपास kmp के कुंडली से चढ़ा।।और खरखोदा पीपली टोल पर उतरा।।मेरा 35, रुपए का टोल लगा।।शाम को 5बजे मै वापिस खरखोदा पीपली से kmp पर चढ़ा और कुंडली exit किया।।मेरा टोल 35,रुपए लगना था।। वहा मेरा टोल 265रुपए काट लिया गया।।जिस कर्मचारी ने ये गलत काम किया ह उसके खिलाफ सख्त कार्यवाही होनी चाहिए
