Very poor service, all the time waiting time is very high, staff is not courteous. They miss behave with customers and toll plaza manager is not available at 8:30am in the Morning on 30th oct'19

There are so much long lines on this toll . As per rules 2 minutes 50 seconds is the maximum waiting time for any toll in india . But no one clear the traffic . Please look at this toll .

I have all the required documents like NHAI permission, gram panchayat permission, registration documents,high court copy order for my land.But from past one month there is an issue happening in my village about demolition of the houses because of road extension
So please let me know that do they have the right to demolish my house even though we are having the required documents.ifso., what steps I need to take

Today during passing through Pimpalgaon toll plaza ,140 Rs deducted instead of 40 Rs since this is local car pl refund the extra deduced 100 Rs.

But Manny toll operator taken toll forcefully. In uttar pradesh near kanpur chakeri toll in barajor they taken toll. Forcefully. Req to clear. This issue.
