    Dear Sir,
    It is painfully informing you that I have Top Loaded washing maching.Last month I face some problem.After number of time complain punch at your coustmer care center.Unfortunately no response since 24st of Dce.As I read some where that you claim to provid world class servise.But my experience is very bad.

    .Ur after sales servise is very poor.This is not my new experience. In past I suffer with the same condition.

    If my problem not sortout within two working days,I will take shelter of consumer court.

    निवेदन इस प्रकार है कि मैने आपकी कंपनी की एक फुल्ली आॅटोमैटिक वाश्ंिाग मशीन आपकी कंपनी के विश्वास की वजह से खरीदी थी। महोदय मैने वारटीं खत्म होने के बाद उसकी ए.एम.सी. भी कराई। मेरी मशीन मैं खराबी आने पर मैने कंपनी के टोल फ्री नम्बर पर संम्पर्क किया। परन्तु मशीन की खराबी को ठीक नहीं किया गया । हर बार एक नया बहाना बनाकर मुझे टाल दिया गया। ए.एम.सी. के रिन्यूबल के लिए मुझे लगातार फोन आते रहते हैं और मैं रिन्यू कराता रहता हूं। मेरी वाशिंग मशीन पिछले 5 महीने से काम नहीं कर रही है। टाॅल फ्री में फोन करने के बाद आपके इंजीनियर आते हैं और नई कहाी समझाकर चले जाते हैं। जब उनके उपर ज्यादा प्रेशर दिया तो उन्होंने कह दिया कि आप अपनी मशीन एक्सचेंज करा लो हम ठीक नहीं कर सकते हैं। फिर मेरे यह कहने पर कि कंपनी ने अगर प्रोडक्ट बेचा है और ए.एम.सी करवाई है तो आपको यह चेंज करना पड.ेगा। मेरे दबाव के कारण आपके इंजीनियर का फोन आता है कि आपकी ए.एम.सी के कागज नहीं मिल रहे हैं। मैं आप से यह पूछना चाहता हूं कि इतनी बड़ी कंपनी और इतना बडा नाम क्या आम आदमी सरकार को गुमराह करने के लिए हैं। जो आपके यहां मेरा रिकार्ड नहीं मिल पा रहा है। अगर मेरा रिकार्ड नहीं मिल रहा है तो मेरी शिकायत पर हर बार आपके इंजीनियर मेरे घर वाशिंग मशीन ठीक करने क्यों दौडे चले आते थे। बजाय मशीन को ठीक करने के मुझे बदलने की सलाह क्यों दे जाते थे।
    महोदय मैने उनसे कहा कि मेरे को मेरे कागज नहीं मिल रहे हैं तो उन्होंने कहा कि हम इसमें कुछ नहीं कर सकते हैं। मै आप से सिर्फ यह कहना चाहता हूं कि जब रिकार्ड आपके पास नहीं है, और वह खो सकता है तो क्या वह मेरे पास नहीं खो सकता है। रिन्यू करने के लिए आपके यंहा से तुरंत फोन आ जाता है तब रिकार्ड कैसे मिल जाता है। जैसे कोई पुर्जा डालने की बात आती है तो हम से कहा जाता है कि अपना रिकार्ड दिखाइए।
    महोदय मैं आपसे सिर्फ यह कहना चाहता हूं मैने यह मशीन आपकी कंपनी के विश्वास और नाम की वजह से खरीदी है न कि आपके कर्मचारियों की वजह से। मेरे इस मशीन को अपने रिकार्ड देखने के बाद तुंरत से तुरंत ठीक कराने की कृपा करें। अन्यथा मैं अपना बाद मजबूरी में उपभोक्ता न्यायालय कन्यूजमर फोरम में प्रस्तुत करने को वाध्य होउंगा। रिकार्ड तो मैं अपने घर में ढूंढ ही लूंगा तब उसे कोर्ट में प्रस्तुत करूंगा। तथा आपके समस्त शोरूम जाकर आपके सर्विस की खराब गुणवत्ता की शिकायत लोगों से करूंगा ताकि वह आपके उत्पाद को न खरीदें।

    I have made a complaint on 5.1.2018 and the Ticket No. is 1000891287 So far,it has not been rectified. It is very painful that the Engineer always said he is coming and will be repaired or replace the part. Noting has been done so far.     My front loading IFB washing machine has a problem. After wash function is over, it does not automatically shift to rinse, squeeze functions. Instead again it repeats wash only. It has to be repaired & set right.

    on Monday 5/3/2018 regarding dishwasher, I have call on Tuesday 6/3/2018 from local technician. While conversation the senior person from service center spoken very rudely and in unprofessional manners, and not given any service till now that is after 6 days.

    Meanwhile I have regular phone calls on your customer care number, they have given me 2 local senior officers' numbesr i.e. Mr. Akash (Mobile No. 8291894307) and Mr. Ajlan (Mobile No. 7391912039) they both are also not paying attention and not receiving my phone calls.

    Being IFB customer for more than 15 years . I am disappointed to write a complain for rude and highly unprofessional behaviour of service centre from where my dishwasher detergent salt etc are delivered. Being a working woman I clearly mentioned to give delievery of my products after 2 pm.
    Inspire of that they come before 2pm and if unavailable expect us to pick up calls in our working areas. I called back again seeing the missed call. The executive very rudely spoke to me and refused to deliver my products and on top of that asked me to collect items from the centre.
    I am shocked to take this kind of behaviour where the world takes customers convience as their top priority.
    I simply fail to understand that I need to sit at home and attend their calls for this.
    To this call centre was extremely careless to reply to my problems and queries and preferred to disconnect my call abruptly .
    I hope my problem will be understood nd resolved

    I have been a customer of IFB from last 15 years. I have a complaint against the service centre from where I order products for dishwasher.
    I placed my order on Saturday 10 March . I clearly mentioned that delievery has to be made after 2 pm knowing my professional commitments.
    First no one came till Monday.
    In addition delievery executive expected to pick up his call on Tuesday before 2
    Secondly he arrived today before 2 pm and rudely spoke to my daughter
    Third when I called him back he spoke very rudely and refused to do the delievery
    Last he expected me to attend his calls in my work place
    Such a unprofessional behaviour is not expected
    Please look into the matter asap

    sales man (technician), in fact it is the correct word for him, form a franchisee by name HARI SUSHMA SERVICES/Domalguda/hyderabad, has come to sell their material rather attend the complaint for the washing machine. In fact it they, the said above franchise, called us for any problem for my washing machine. During the telephonic conversation, they promised me to send their technician for basic check-up of the machine since it is as per their knowledge under AMC. But the person who come to attend the machine had no interest to even talk about any problem of the machine but smartly sell his product (stand) and went away. What a bad and deceitful franchise the ifb choosen and throne away on the public?
