Respected sir,I am using IFB washing machine since 5/6 years.I complained on help line.Ticket no 1000450430.Add,21 Rushi Bunglow near Bombay market,nr jalvant township,Surat,mob no 9825644623.spares of not available said by mechanic from Surat service centre.I also talked with person on phone no 0261 2731500.They said your machine is very old,due this spares may not be available.sir only 5/6 year how can say old.what can I do ? We don't know Your company is early old.we have to change every 5/6 year it?.we request to u please do needful urgently

Hi. I am saurabh jain. I am trying to contact your customer care number but it never gets connected. I somehow got one number i.E. 7792987081 but the people who pick the calls doesn't even talk to customers politely, are very rude and they dont even listen to the complaint. Is this the kind of service we expect from a company like ifb? its been more than 20 days my machine is not working and i have tried to contact your company from everywhere but all in vain. Last time too, after a lot of effort, some how your engineer visited my house, did something in the machine & told me that now it will work fine but to my surprise, the machine has completely stopped working now. Earlier, it was atleast working with some smoke coming out due to which, i lodged the complaint but now, the machine is not at all working & all ladies at house are facing huge difficulties. You guys charge rs.500/- for your service but provide such kind of service is extremely disappointing. Request you to please take immediate action or else please take back your product as i am pissed off with such poor response from your end. My contact number is 9337024272.

Hi. I have IFB Senorita front load washing machine. two months before some components of machine has been changed and cost more than Rs. 6500/-. But after that it is again giving the same problem due to which the drum was changed. the engineer has visited once few days back and tried to fix the problem. again after that same problem with the machine. I am trying the customer care number since last week but call never connected.

Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that we felt proud of having IFB appliances for its quality and service but now situation has come to a position we have regret for it.
I am having IFB Washing machine (Model: Executive Plus), date of purchase is on 21/02/2010. It was working properly, only problem was water was leaking during spin. Before Puja my Mrs asked to rectify the problem and accordingly I make request for service technician mentioning the entire thing through your Toll Free No.18604255678. Accordingly, service technician visited my house and without any checking he told me that Tub is defective you to change Tub for that you need cost of Tub is Rs 1778/- and service charge Rs 885/-.After two days two technician came and after opening the machine they told me that you have to change the drum also. But after changing all the things, still water was leaking and ultimately they have to change the damaged pipe which I told them earlier to look into. I make payment to your franchise in Kolkata M/S ADRIJA SOLUTION DONNANT, 34, Ramtanu Lahiri Sarani Kolkata-700053 Of Rs4973/- (Rupees four thousand nine hundred and seventy three only) ( Inv. No. IFB/2017-18 No.2792 dated 07/10/2017. But next day while operating the washing machine we found that water is not out letting, immediately I called through your Toll Free No and explained all the thing. On other day, service technician Mr Jena(Mob: 8420112081) came and told me that you have to change the motor also. After seeing all the thing, it seems they doing all these for getting the annual service contract. It is my earnest request kindly look into the matter and take necessary action so that we can use the washing machine.
It is to be noted that
i) I have already lodged a complained to the Consumer Forum ( complained No 480947) in this regard
ii) I will wait for another two three days, then I will send copy of this letter along with the bill to all local TV Channels so that they can make aware of the general public that presently how IFB Industries Is cheating their customers.

Further, when I call up the concern agency,in reply it is told that technician will visit today.I think it is not an encouraging state. Did I get wrongly associated with your group ?

I have paid 3000 as AMC for IFB washing machine. Recently I hve been facing problems with the machine. I have tried contacting the service Centre located in kolathur,chennai. But they have attended my call only after 7days. After which, still service has not been done. When we asked again, they are saying that, we don't hve mother board spare parts, etc.. reasons. That's not customers problem. We hve not washed our clothes since 2weeks. We r struggling with small children and elders. We trust IFB and that's Y we hve chosen. But now it's very pathetic and poor service response and service. We didn't expect this from a big brand like IFB. With this how can I refer someone to buy ifb. We are highly disappointed.
