    i am being harassed by your service section. I am getting text messages telling me that my service No3000571133 has been assigned to the IFB service technician.Then i get another messages saying if satisfied SMS yes or no on 9231004321. Then i get a call from a lady from another number again offering me service of the IFB washing machine. I DO NOT HAVE ANY IFB EQUIPMENT AT HOME....i told her not to disturb me and she was very rude and answered back that she will disturb me....she has called and text me 6 times today itself....

    I am a customer of your washing machine based at Rajkot (Gujarat).

    There has been an issue with it since the past 14 months. I have done 20+ complaints till now, but there has been no intervention/importance/interest given to it by your team. There can be three reasons I believe for this:

    1) They are too busy with their work (which excludes handling complaints)
    2) Complaint handling isn't a company policy
    3) Reason best known to them

    Below is a part list of complaints:

    1000018373 dated Feb 23, 2017
    1000009475 dated April 18, 2017

    We have procured IFB washing machine at Bilaspur (chhattisgarh) during the last festival season and same time IFB giving lucky drow kopen to costumer. When machine has been delivered to us at that time dealer told us soon they will receive the kopen and after receiving dealer will provide the to us after long follow-up now dealer telling us they sent our name to IFB Raipur office (chhattisgarh) but IFB has rejected so dealer can't provide lucky drow kopen to us, so now we have been cheated by IFB or by dealer. So we would like to request you kindly do the needful.

    sir,I bought your IFB washing macine on 17.10.2017.My machine was struck while washing on 24.11.2017 and complained for this issue on same date.There was no response from your service provider company CLASSIC ENTERPRISES and we suffer a lot after purchasing the washing machine from them. How should you give agency to the company who dont has service team. So kindly send the service peoples to repair the machine or take back the machine and give us our money. Or else we deal legally.

    Dear Sir,
    I have not satisfied for the service response action , the service representative again saying the same statement (they are not doing proper service), hereafter I am not going to use any kind of the IFB products of myself and my family members & friends also , so I am going to do the service in outside person, I was called him & he checked unit hardly 5 mints in my house and he said simply nothing issue on Machine then he charged me Rs.590/- He never respond my complaint I told him some screw is not fitting kindly change but he ask me buy the screw and fix the machine myself. He spoke very rudely, I was totally unsatisfied for service response team, Especially the the sales representative Mr.Mani & his manager Mr.raja was not understanding the customer requirement ,They are acting just like a recorded service. he said he don’t have the screw in shop it will take 1 day . Pls take the necessary action to the service persons or Refund my money back.I trust my mail will do something atleast. Do the needful.

    Dear M/S IFB


    This is matter of great regret and painful that I requested Shivalik Enterprises, Anand Nagar, Tripari, Patiala Punjab on 04-12-2017 to attend to fault in washing Machine AW7201RB under Mtc. Contract D191604861 dated 14/12/2016 in the name HARBANS KAUR. But they have not cared to attend my request.


    Later on I contacted customer care at phone 1860 425 5678 on 06-12-2017 who issued Ticket no 1000753283 with the assurance that IFB representative will visit shortly. But sorry to say that no body contacted us up to 08-12-2017.


    On again contacting customer care asked me to contact Mr Naresh Kumar who never picked up his phone 9356535120. Then customer care gave another contact number of Mr Atinderpaul Singh who at least cared to pick up the phone and promised to send the technician. In the evening I receive the call from technician and fixed up the time of visit at 10.00 AM on 09-12-2017.


    But he never turned up. We have been calling him at his no.8559026446 and of no avail as he is not picking up the phone. Even we tried to contact Mr. Atinder Paul Singh but his phone was constantly busy 12.14 to 12.59 on 09-12-2017 and when we finally tried at 1.02 PM he did not respond.


    By again contacting customer care another phone no of some Mrs Kiran was intimated as 9803601397 which is surprisingly of Shivalik Enterprises which ultimately we have come to the same place where we were at 04-12-2017.


    We are Sr. citizen our washing is lying faulty for the last 7 days and in this extreme winter we unable to wash our cloths. We are using so many IFB appliances such as dish washer and washing machines and others but now we are baffled to note the poor response of IFB. This is horrible creating irritation and sense of non confidence in IFB services. I noticed that your customer care is simply issues the ticket without any monitoring and taking responsibility for the immediate compliance of complaint for which any ticket is issued.


    You are requested to please attend to our complaint under aforesaid ticket immediately.

    Hi,

    I have IFB washing machine and using since more than one year.last week I had some issues with machine. It was working very smoothly and I found some little bit knocking problem. Drum and motor and sensor were working very smoothly. I raised the complain request to customer care and the gentleman told that it is small common problem and it will cover in general service. He told that some times coin stuck in machine then it creates noise. Previously dryer and washing were working before servicing. The technician came and he checked the machine and in 5 minutes told that sensor and dryer has been gone. I don't know he was completely trained or not and told that it will be charge RS 5500.

    I have not received the feedback call from customer care. Customer don't know that what will be the service charges every year. Please mention in terms and conditions that customer will pay more amount at the name of servicing every year.

    Please consider these road blocks.
