Telephone requests to local service centres at 8093-950-385 or 9438-33-6244 have always received the routine answer that the repair will be attended to shortly but it has not happened for 7 weeks now. What does one do now ?

I have purchased a 1.5 T AC on 03.05.2018 which include free installation. Service Engineer installed AC next day & after one day of installation, hot air coming through AC and AC automatically display E4 and same is not changes through Remote. Only option to remove E4 is to stop the AC from main switch. Many complaints were registered on customer care and service engineer failed to sort out the issue. could not get any fruitful result.
I called the service centre (Ms. Dimple) located at Ghaziabad, she promised to help for its repair, but after a few conversations, she stopped picking my calls. On 01.06.2018, I registered a complaint on customer care and the provide a contact no. 8010755549 (Mr. Narender), however, his number is always busy OR if connected, he is not picking my calls.
Request you to look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest by replacing my Split AC.
