We have put our washing machine- Executive Elite- 6Kg machine under AMC through your IFB service center- M/s. R.K. SERVICE CENTER, PUDUCHERRY for the period from 29/06/2016 to 28/09/2018 for the AMC amount of Rs. 4830/ through SBI cheque- 011642. We have a receipt with us. But till date there is no AMC service visit by the service provider.
Now we noticed sound from pump. We have booked service compliant through customer care 1860 425 5678. But service is not yet carried out. I request your intervention and do the needful at the earliest.

We had purchased a oven in October 2017, on Amazon in beginning it was fine however after 4-5 months the problem started. Whenever oven was started, electricity tripped , so we complained and engineer came and checked he said it was our power point problem and left. After that we changed the power point but still when oven was started, power tripped. So we complained again, engineer came and he said,one of the internal part was not working and needs to be replaced, he replaced the part however again after a month new problem has started, when we start the oven,we can see sparks inside. We are completely dissatisfied with IFB product, we had purchased first IFB product and had a very bad experience. Don't know how can such a good company sell faulty products. I have complained to Amazon for replacement of the oven,if my grievance is not addressed I am going to post this complaint on all social media sites. Also will advise my contacts not to purchase anything from IFB.

I have purchased one washing machine model 'IFB Senorita' in 2016 and it is within warranty.
This product already two times got repaired from your inexperienced technicians and again started trouble.
The problem is, the much vibrating while spinzing with louder sound and it is moving around while spinzing.
I may frustrated from your product please please please replace my product.
after booking complaint as forwarded the contact number you, I contacted person name Mrs. Prema 08048903431 at 12:10PM, that lady is not ready to talk to me and she picked my call and holding though I am explaining my product issue and if i called again he disconnect my call.
this is your valuable response to customer.
If failed I will take legal action.
