Dear IFB, i purchased a IFB split AC Model No. IACS18JCHTGC 1.5 TONNE HOT QAND COLD AC from IFB dealer Raja Electronics Jammu Opp. Airport Jammu J&K.while my visit to above mentioned store, the dealer showed me the above mentioned AC with its all specifications upon which i approved for the purchase of the above said AC. Thereafter i visited another IFB outlet where the same AC was displayed but it had better and latest specifications.

Dear IFB team,
I have lost my Microowen Turntable I have called customer care for the support they have given my contact details to the Mr.Syed from SS cooling solutions .he charged me 1700 but he has not delivered me the original product .
When I have checked in the Ifb showroom they says original Product Price itself 700,he has charged me extra and promised me that if any issue he will take the Product back but he is not responding to my calls now.

If they are registered franchise with you only god should help you to retain the customer back such a pain he has given me and he is wasted lot of my time by blocking the numbers which ever I call and they doesn’t even have little commonsense how to behave.
Dnt encourage such a cheap and common senses less fellow ever .

Dear Sir,
We bought 2 air conditioners of IFB of 2 tons on 16/6/17 in the name of Mr. Virender Kumar Jain, they are still in warranty period. They are not cooling well for which we had complaint in your customer care service. WE HAVE TWICE THE COMPLAINT IN YOUR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE. First time, they registered the complaint & said that in 24 hours you will get an engineer, but no one came for 3 days, after that they gave a contact no. of Mr. Deepanshu (Engineer). when we talked to him, he said that he could not come, because he is lying late on that day, On second day he gave a no. of other engineer & he said he also can't come, because his bike is punchered & after that the branch manager Mr. Nitin is not
accepting the call again & again. After 4-5 days an engineer came to our office & after checking the both Air conditioners he said, that this is not his work he will not do it & then he went.
Then we, complained again to your customer care service they registered our complain again & gives a COMPLAINT NO. 1001245565, & said the strict action will be taken against the engineer who comes earlier & he registered our complaint again & he said that we'll get a call from your side on same day or maximum next day, but even after that it has been 4 days, but we have not received any call yet & he gave a no. of Mr. Prabjot (Branch Manager of other branch) his contact no. is
9910386973, we are trying to contact him from last 3 days & he is not answering our call.
So, this is my humble request to you, that kindly do something about this & inspect on our complaint.

Now the team is asking to Pay or the service or to renew AMC. How to renew the AMC for a team who dont know to do proper Service. This is the 3 rd Machine purchased from IFB & not any more. Hello Sir/Madam,
This is to bring to your notice that, we are not at all satisfied with the service for IFB product.
On 11th Feb 2018 we bought a IFB washing machine (Senator Smart touch 8kg 1400RPM). We got a demo but representative/technician broke the filter door lock and convinced us that its compulsory to break.
Currently the machine has stopped working due to some technical problem, and a huge noise in the filter. we removed the filter and cleared it and fixed back but still the problem has not solved.
So we raised a complaint to IFB and the ticket no for same is 1001334181. even than the technician has not turned up and not even receiving calls. we are very disappointed with IFB Service and this is leaving a bad impression of IFB on us.
Request you to please do resolve this issues at the earliest.
