My washing machine IFB Front load Senorita VX 6 KG is in a non-working condition during warranty period for last 4 months. After I complained many times, service person from Mongam, Malappuram came home for repair. Though replaced motor, Board, 2 way pin by several visits; the machine not yet in a working condition.The service of the Service Centre is not satisfactory
Hence I strongly complaint to make its defect get corrected at once else to get it replaced at once.
The above machine was purchased on 23.09.2014, ie., in-warranty period. The above complained though lodged on 17 March 2018, no positive reply from the company is received yet.
It is wonder to know that how IFB is irresponsible.
