    Complaint about bus conductor by Bhoomi:

    બસ number Gj 18 Z-6552 અમદાવાદ - ગોધરા- ભુજ. તારીખ 28 ઓક્ટોબર 2023 ના રોજ 17:17:27 ના ટાઈમ ઍ આદિપુર થી અંજાર આવતી હતી ત્યારે તે અંજાર માં ચિત્રકુટ official bus stop હોવા છતા પણ ઘણી વખત કેવા છતા પણ bus conductor ઍ ચિત્રકુટ બસ ઉભી રાખી નહી. તેમજ તે ખોટી રીતે બોલા ચાલી કરી. તેમજ તે ખુબ જ ખરાબ વ્યવહાર કર્યુ. અને chitakut બસ ઉભી ના રાખવા ની ધમકી આપી.
    બીજી વખત અવું ખરાબ વર્તન ST તરફ થી થશે તો જરાય ચલાવી લેવા માં નહિ આવે.

    માન સાહેબ શ્રી હાલ માં મોડાસા ડેપો ની બસ હિમતનગર મોડાસા ચાલુ છે વહીવટી દ્રારા બસ બીજે મુકવામાં આવે છે જે બસ નો સમય સાંજે 7.15 થી હિંમતનગર ઉપડી મોડાસા જાય છે હાલ આ સમય મોડાસા જવા માટે એક પણ બસ નથી 6 વાગે લોકલ જય પછી આ બસ હોય છે એના પછી 8.30 કલાકે બસ હોય તો આ બસ બંધ કરવામાં આવશે કેટલા મુસાફરો રાખડી પડશે જે થી આ બસ ચાલુ રાખવા વિનંતી

    Dear Sir/ma'am,

    I hope you're doing well. I need to tell you about a troubling incident on one of your government buses from Bhuj to Gandhidham.

    My family member, a lady, was on this bus and had a bad experience with the conductor. He was rude and used rough language, even after she told him she was getting off at Gandhidham. Instead, he gave her a ticket for Adipur and, when they reached Adipur, told her to leave in a rude way.

    When she asked for a Gandhidham ticket, he refused and argued with her, ignoring the safety of a woman traveling alone at night. Other passengers asked him to give her the right ticket and take her to Gandhidham, but he continued shouting.

    This happened at around 10:25 pm, making it even riskier for her. The safety of a woman alone at night should be a top concern, and the conductor's behavior was unacceptable.

    Please look into this and take quick action. Passengers' safety, especially for women alone at night, should be a priority.

    On 15th Feb, 2024, I have travelled through sleeper coach on route of Rapar to Valsad, Bus no. GJ-18-Z-9281. I have boarded from Ranip, Ahmedabad, We were total seven members who has hired 3 double and one 1 single sofa for sleeping in that journey. But it was the worst experience of mine. Till now as I travel regularly through GSRTC due to good service, but the journey on 15the Feb was very worst due to misbehave of conductor and Driver as they were playing songs very loudly and also they were singing loudly, so most of us cannot sleep on whole route from Ranip to Surat. What does it mean if one can not sleep properly in sleeper coach? It makes a very bad impression in others mind also. so as an aware citizen of India I want to request you to take some strict steps against it, to not to harm to the image of GSRTC services. I am the fan of GSRTC, so please improve this for future.
    I hope you will do whatever the needful thing.
