We booked ticket for ahmedabad bapunagar to vadtal. But bus did not arrived at time. We inquired about it on inquiry window and agent said that it bis was cancelled. So I complained about it on gsrtc email id but they didn't give response even after 2 weeks. I'm contacting to the helpline numbers too many times but they are not receiving my calls. It your duty to give refund for that bus which is cancelled by gsrtc. So I had to cancel the ticket of return journey. So I need refund of both tickets. Please solve my issue as soon as possible.

Yesterday I was waiting for bus at bus stand opp..convent school in valsadi. I want to go at Vapi. Shart 9.32 a bus was coming there with 8.to 10 passengers. Bus route from Valsad to Vapi. I ask to driver pl stop bus . But he ignored n went away.

I booked online ticket in gsrtc bus from diu to Rajkot on 22nd May, 2023. While online booking, it shows middle seats of mine. But when I board that bus, my booked ticket was on last number. I have several medical issues. Still..i have to sit on that number.

Dear sir , I would like to make complaint against Bus driver whose name is Nirav Barot Bus NO :- GJ-18-Z-1697 Dakor to surat Gurjar nagari who has been permanent driver in Dakor depot , sir he has been irregular and he is misbehave to passenger now and then , he used to keep the relation with So many lady,woman in bus who always take a place along with his driver cabin while on journey ,so there for we have been getting late to reach office or school, when passanger scold him then after he used to do mis behave with the passanger and used to fight with him
kindly take some necessary step against him so he can be on track soon & Generally, the bus drivers do not stop the bus at the fixed stop. The rather disdain the travellers and stop before or after the bus-stop so the passengers have to run after the bus. The passenger hardly approaches the bus when they start. In this way, many commuters fall and feel a lot of irritation and insult.

After completely reserve by passenger can condoctor gave tickets to other passenger who can not reserved ticket and travel in bus. I want to know that if all seats are reserved and no any seats are available for travelling even then coundactor has right to gave tickets to passenger . Reply me soon. If passenger travelling without reserved in sleeper bus reserved bus then what is the meaning of reservation.

સવિનય સાહેબ શ્રી,

ઉપરોક્ત વિષય બાબતે આપને જનાવાનુ કે અમારી જે વાલોડ-સુરત બસ છે જે સુરત વિભાગની બારડોલી ડેપોની બસ છે. જે ગણા સમય થી બગડી ગઈ છે . જે હજુ સુધિ સમારકામ થઇ ને આવી નથી. જેના લીધે દરરોજના કોઈ પણ બસ આપે છે અને તે બસનું કઈ નક્કી નહિ હોય અને ગમે ત્યારે બસ બગડી જાય છે. જેના કારણે બસમા બેઠેલા મુસાફરો દરરોજના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ અને દરરોજ નોકરી પર જતા મુસાફરોને મુસાફરી કરવામાં મુશ્કેલીનો સામનો કરવો પડે છે. તેમને રસ્તામા ઉતારી દેવામાં આવે છે અને બીજી બસમાં જવું પડે છે. જેથી વિદ્યાર્થી મુસાફરનો અને નોકરી કરતા મુસાફરનો સમય બગડી જાય છે. તેના કારણે સમયસર સ્કૂલ , કોલેજ અને ઓફિસે પહોંચી સકતા નથી.
અમુકવાર તો બપોરના સમયનો ફેરો પણ રદ કરી દેવામાં આવે છે. જેથી બપોરના સમયે સુરત થી વાલોડ આવે છે અને ત્યાંથી ઉતરીને મુસાફર તેમના ગામડે જવાનું રહેતું હોય છે તેને પણ તકલીફ પડે છે અને તે વાલોડ સુધી આવી ને પછી એમને ગામડે સુધી સમયસર પહોંચી સકતા નથી. અમુકવાર એવી બસ આવે છે કે જે બારડોલી ડેપો માંથી નીકળી ને હજુ વાલોડ સુધી જાય એ પહેલા જ બગડી પણ જાય છે નહિ તો સુરત જતા બગડી જાય છે. આવી રીતે ધણી વાર બસ બગડી ગઈ છે.
જે ટિકિટ મશીન છે તે પણ બરાબર નથી આવતા અમુકવાર ચાલુ ગાડીમાં બગડી જાય છે. જેના લીધે ટિકિટ નીકળતી નથી અને મુસાફરને ઉતારી દેવામાં આવે છે અને બીજા ટિકિટ મશીન આપે તે પણ સમારકામ કરીને આપે તે પણ બગડી જાય છે. અમુક વખતે ટિકિટ મશીન બગડેલું હોવાથી બસ મોડેથી આવે છે નહી તો ફેરો રદ કરી દેવામાં આવે છે. કેમકે જ્યાં સુધી ટિકિટ મશીન સરખું કરી ને નહિ આપે ત્યાં સુધી બસ પણ નહિ ઉપાડે.
જેના કારણે ઘણા બધા વિદ્યાર્થી મુસાફરો અને દરરોજના નોકરી કરતા મુસાફરો ને વાલોડ થી સુરત અને સુરત થી વાલોડ આવવામાં ધણી તકલીફ પડે છે. જયારે બારડોલી ડેપો માં કહ્યું કે એક સારી બસ આપો અને સારું મશીન આપો ત્યારે એમના તરફ થી કહેવામાં આવ્યું કે બીજી કોઈ બસ નથી અને ટિકિટ મશીન પણ બધા સુધારી નેજ આપીયે છે નવા બીજા કોઈ નથી.
આપને વિનંતી કરીએ છીએ જે અમને મુસાફરને મુસાફરી કરવામાં તકલીફ થાય છે તેનું નિવારણ માટે અમને વાલોડ - સુરત ના રુટ પર એક નવી વ્યવસ્થિત બસ આપો અને નવું ટિકિટ મશીન વ્યવસ્થિત આપો. સમયસર બધા જે રુટ છે તે ચલાવો જેથી દરરોજના જે વિદ્યાર્થી અને નોકરિયાત મુસાફરોને મુસાફરી કરવામાં તકલીફ નહિ પડે.
