I self Dixit Patel, sir I am going daily Baroda to bharuch for my office,I ask to conductor, for holding time for hotel, and reived answer by conductor 10 min, and hold 35 min, so I am always late my office , so plz take action regarding my complain other wise I go to complain p.m.o

मे अभी सूरत से अहमदाबाद की और सूरत से 6 बजे की वॉल्वो से जा रहा हु but 10 बजे है अभी बस वडोदरा से निकली है ड्राइवर बोल रहा 12 बजे से पहले नहीं पहुचेगी दादा गिरी ेेऐशे कर रहा है कि अभी हमें मर देगा इस तरह से तो बात कर रहा और बोल रहा हूं कि गाड़ी में मत बैठ तू तड़का से मवाली गुंडों जैसी बोली बोल रहा
हमने पैसा gov . को safe journey or वॉल्वो का पैसा 500 है सूरत से अहमदाबाद का इसलिए नहीं दिया की 6 hour में पहुचने का
ड्राइवर बोल रहा तेरी औकाद है वहा complian करले

Respected sir,
I am traveling daily from Navsari to Bardoli.Previously there is a bus at 6:50Pm from navsari to bardoli.but this bus is cancel due to time table changes.so,From last 2 week there is no bus from navsari between 6:40 to 8:00 PM.so the passengers are compulsory required to wait till 8:00 PM.so I request you to start a bus at 6:50 pm from the NAVSARI TO BARDOLI as soon as possible.

શ્રી અધિકારી સહ વિનય સાથે જાણવાનું કે ભાવનગર ઘોઘા ની બધી બસો સમય અનુસાર ચાલતી નથી અને વારંવાર અધીલરી ઓ ને લેખિત માં રાજુવાત કરવા છતાં કોઈ અધીકારી જવાદરી લેવા તૈયાર નથી...એના કારણે પ્રાઇવેટ વાહનો જોખની મુસાફરી કરવી પડે છે.અને ડબલ ભાડું ચૂકવું પડે છે.આ ફરિયાદ જો તમારી સુધી પોહચતી હોય તો યોગ્ય પગલાં લેવા વિનંતી છે..અને જો આ ફરિયાદ તમારા સુધી પહોંચે છે તો જવાબ કેમ નથી આપતા શુ બધી જગ્યા એ કાગડા કાળા જ છે....મને યોગ્ય જવાબ આપવા વિનંતી....મારો મોબાઈલ નંબર 8140677987 છે.... આ ફરિયાદ નો જવાબ આપો એવી મારી નમ્ર વિનંતી છે... કે પછી વિજયભાઈ રૂપાળી ને રાજુવાત કરવી પડશે તમારી આ સાઈડ ની કોઈ જવાબદારી લેવા તૈયાર નથી?

Today I takes the bus Bhuj Batwa ( batwa Depot) from Rajkot Depot to travel junagadh on 9 o clock night still 1;45 hours passes and bus doesn't cross 50 km
Bus driver stop the bus at highway hotel for 25 min and when I ask still how many times takes to reach junagadh he told more 1;35 hours ,
I just want to ask the authority that on four way lane highway like Rajkot junagadh how come he takes 3 hours to pass only 100 km
This is clearly waste of time of passenger .

Today I am going to junagadh from Rajkot.i reach my important meeting I ask and choose volvo bus bt at 7 o clock this bus is in gondal like local bus.online this bus time is 7: 30!pm reached at Junagadh.such a no any timing GSRTC BUS every time I travel bus is late reach to destination minimum 1 hour .today I feel I reached 8:30 pm to Junagadh.i give 144 rs for volvo bus bt no difference in local bus and Volvo bus time vise. I spent my time my manny .i lost my time and my meeting.only for GSRTS BUS

જય ભારત સાથે જણાવવાનું કે મારે અભ્યાસ માટે up-down કરું છું.કાલાવડ થી રાજકોટ અભ્યાસ અર્થ જવાનુ હોય. એટલે બસ માં ભીડ વધુ હોવાથી અમે મીની બસ માં જવાનો આગ્રહ રાખીયે છીએ તો conductor વિદ્યાર્થી પાસ નહિ ચાલે એવું કહે છે.જેથી અમને બહુ અગવડતા પડે છે. અને કૉલેજ પહોંચવામાં મોડું થઈ જાય છે.
આ સમસ્યા નો વહેલી તકે ઉકેલ લાવવા નમ્ર વિનંતી.
