To day yahi time pe 24/5/19 3:32pm ko me amod se bharuch ja raha tha gsrtc ki bus aayi bus no 2285 jambusar depo ki bus thi unho ne hath dikha ne ke baujud bhi bus ko nahi roka aur mujhse 100 mtr ke anter me ladke ne hath na karne ke mutabik bhi bus ko rok diya .to mujhe is baat pe kya samaj na chahiye gsrtc ristedaro ke liye service deti he.kya janta ko yahi sab sehna he sakht parisment honi chahiye Arse driver ko me yahi chahta hoon.plz help karo taki unhe pata chale k 43'c me aadmi ke sath aisa na karna chahiyr

RUDE BEHAVIOR OF BUS CONDUCTOR by Kamlesh Patel:

Dear Sir / Madam,
My parents with my 2 daughters are traveled today morning from palitana to ahmedabad by bus no. Gj-18-z-4964.
In that bus there was a female doing job as a bus conductor. My father gave ticket amount more by only 6 rupees.
My father also told her that he will give more 4 rupees & you give to him 10 rupees due to non availability of change. But she did not give 6 rupees return to my father till iscon temple, ahmedabad bus stop.
Once iscon bus stop has came my father asked for 6 rupees, then she did not stop bus at iscon bus stop & went at next bus stop at jodhpur char rasta. Then after she gave 6 rupees to my father.
Mainly her intention was that she do not want to give 6 rupees so that she did this type of rude behavior with my father.
My request is why she did not stop bus at iscon bus stop ?? She has no right to not stop bus at bus stop.

Regarding gsrtc bus ticket printing machine not work and conductor left at bhiwandi bus stop by Ankit:

Regarding mulund to Khed brahma bus service.
I going to travel from mulund to vadodra. But due to ticket printing machine not work. Conductor left all passengers at bhiwandi bus stop. He say we can not go. This is poor service from gsrtc. Kindly look into matter.

I have booked the shirdi bhawnagar bus ticket from vansda to Surat.The time of bus was 7pm but not came on bus stop on 9:30pm. And I cancelled the journey. So refund the money that I paid.

Two Bus making on same time go for Ahmedabad at 6:00 a.m. 1) Kheda Himmatnagar 2) Kheda Nandarbar
of Kheda Depo.
if 1) Kheda Himmatnage run on same time at 6:00 am & 2) Kheda Nandarbar time will be change at 6:15 a.m. So both time public getting benifit it and GSRTC also getting more income.
And both bus on same time there for both Driver want to No any passanger travel in his bus there for passenger have problem which is Bus go for Ahmedabad first. And Nandarbar Driver Conductor everyday say to passenger "After 10 or 20 minites run this Bus" therefor passenger change this Bus. After at 6:00 Kheda Himmatnagar run on his time after on same time without passnger Kheda Nandarbar also run on at 6:00 o,clock run.
So We want to officialy change time at 6:15 minites of Kheda Nandarbar Bus time

સવિનય ઉપરોક્ત વિષયના અનુસંધાન માં જણાવવાનું કે હું ચિખલી થી ધરમપુર નોકરી માટે અપ ડાઉન કરું છું. સવારે ૮.૦૦ વાગ્યે ચીખલી ડેપો થી બીલીમોરા - ધરમપુર બસ આવે છે એ બસ માં વરસાદ ની ,મોસમ હોવાને કારણે બસ માં પાણી ગળે છે બસમાં માંડ ૧૦ સીટ એવી હોય છે જ્યાં પાણી ન ગળતું હોય તો આપને બસ બદલી કરી આપવા માટે મારી નમ્ર વિનંતી છે.

Respected sir,
I travel Ahmedabad to Gandhinagar every week.on the date of 29 July 2019 around 7.45 bus number 9201 is on Gandhinagar stand at Gita Mandir bus stop Ahmedabad.
The bus is reverse and stop on a traffic in this traffic the conductor has don’t open the door for passengers and they argue with them like anything. Bus is in Depo so they have to open the door.the gsrtc is for public and it’s a public property. If it’s not helpful to public so what is meaning of that.
You take a proper action against the conductor. The conductor is from Gandhinagar Depo
Bus number is 9201
Conductor number is 1708
I hope you take this seriously and tack a proper action about this issue.
