Dear sir,
Paying for First class is like worthless I feel it's better to take nrml tickets and travel through first clas as i can't see any TC checking for this btwn our line asangaon to Thane due to which many of them without tickets as well as of second class ticket public crawl in first class which is not fair i would like to inform you that from Asangaon to Thane or kalyn there is no Ticker checkers who check for tickets who alights from first class atlst on peak hours i request please do this needful so that this crowd can be reduced in first class

I am a daily traveler from Kalyan to Ghatkopar, my ticket is first class but I am thinking why I paid so much for first class ticket, I don't see any difference between first class and second class, ticket Even those without are traveling in first class.Please find a suitable solution for this, either stop the first class compartment or there is no need to pay so much cash to the railways...

I'm a student studying in Nerul, i travel from Dombivli to Nerul but the issue of late trains from Dombivli to Thane makes it impossible to reach Thane on time and the huge gap of 20 mins approx from Thane to Nerul or panvel makes it impossible to reach college on time .if u can resolve the late trains or if u can get trains frequently from Thane to Nerul it would be great.

Sir,
I am regular passanger of Virar Local by first class or AC local for which i and other passanger paying the high fare but in morning session and evening session there are 40 percent of first class and AC Local are either without ticket or second class passengers due to which there is no benifit of paying high fare to first class and AC passanger.
Sir if your authority take initiative to check tickets in morning session and evening session at least in first class and AC local so that i and other passanger who are paying the high fare can easily travel.

Kindly look in to this matter on daily basis from many years all train is stuck between kalyan and shahd stn. Why God know daily we reached at office late. Please look in to this matter on top priority. Lot of employees facing same issue how are stay in next to kalyan kasara site.
Second class Travellers in First Class by Madhura:

Please arrange daily TC visit in VT end Ladies first class for all Titwala / Asangaon trains between 2 to 5 pm as 80% ladies travelling are without pass or second class. There is never police available and the first class people dont get the seats as the seats are always occupied by these second class people

we travel in bhyander dadar local 9.35 form 15 days the train always late by 15 minutes reaching bandra pls we always late mark by company . we request u to please schedule the timetable and reach at time so we can reach at time in office.

Nowadays it has been observed there is a lot of unauthorised first class travelling during peak hours and have not seen ticket checker during peak hours checking first class compartments. Request you to kindly look into the matter and take necessary action at the earliest.

5:44 PM Badlapur Fast (AC) local is running non-AC today. I have booked online AC ticket of amount Rs. 100 for journey from Kurla to Kalyan.
Now, people are forced to travel through non-AC despite of buying AC ticket (which costs much higher than non-AC ticket)

There is request to start Harbour line train from Borivali. ( Borivali is main junction) from There coming to Harbour line is very difficult. Either have to come to Goregaon or Andheri. Which is next to impossible.
It's long pending thing.

This is to bring to your notice that there is no Tc's available in First Class Coach to check the tickets bcz of this all 2nd class people entry in first class, then what is the use of taking tickets of 1st class. We cant even stand properly. Request you to please arrange more TC's to check the ticket in Central lines.

I am very unhappy to bring to your notice that there is a very small coach for ladies first class in central Lines train.
Can we have a solution to it, as there is a good rise of lady passengers in this year. Sad to say we have to miss trains due to small space or moreover some PPL have to hang at door during peak hours.
INCREASE AC LOCAL TRAIN ON WESTERN LINES by Jayant Pandit:

The railway should increase the AC Local on Western Lines as there are less trains in the morning. The trains are fully packed since there is no TC and many non AC passengers travel in the train. We even after having monthly AC pass has to struggle to board in the train and due to this some times forced to travel by non AC trains. The want is the use of paying high amount for AC Pass.
