In current November month i m already received 2 memos for coming late to office and all this because of ur time management of local fast train. The train came upto Thane is on time. But after that it is came in tortoise speed upto kurla and also after it became snail

Harrassment of Commuters ,

Today I have booked return Tkt Thane to Dadar of AC train for Rs 140/- through UTS . Have seen debit amount message so not checked on UTS and travelled to Dadar. On return journey 4.26 Kalyan AC train at dadar,one lady TC came after Mulund for checking TKT ,At that time problem shown in Server. So I told her that amount is debited so have not checked on UTS at the time of booking,but as u r saying that money will be credited back to my account so I am ready to pay rs 140/- ,but she denied to accept and get down at Thane and asking to pay fine.I strongly objected of Fine and ready to go to RPF also told her to file case for the same, but refuse to do all this and catching my collar 2 to 3 time , so I told her that do not touch me ,but again started same thing .After waiting for 5 minutes,no body came ,as she told me that I have called RPF . So I told her that file the case ,given my No.and also Aadhar card with her which has taken .But same thing neither RPF coming , nor she is taking me to them . So I finally told her that I am leaving now ,file the case as per the law and started walking But she purposely pushed me and in revert ,to save my balance, have to pushed her back .but she has created havoc, started crying to take mercy from people. One good guy also convincing her madam take TKT fare and close the matter , but she start scolding on him also. This is all harrasment of commuter . Mistake of Railways App and fine to commuter. Matter is not about Money ,but why the commuter punished with fine for the mistake of App of Railways.They can charge the fare and not fine . To close the ruckus on station busy hours and police also informed me to close I have paid fine. But we traveller should raise voice for the same.

Please note that AC train starting from Borivali 7:54am was cancelled from last two months. We have requested serval time but there is no respond. This was first AC train started in Mumbai and there was tremendous response to train. Currently Borivali people are struggling to get into Virat train . Train 95108 from Karjat to CST is always late at Dadar station, suffering all the travelers. Due to that, they get a late mark in the office and requesting the Mumbai Local Train to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

In last five years 95% times I have seen csmt train 10 to 20 min late on average. Today it was height 1:17 fast train is late by 45 min. They should at least do announcement. They had done announcement for 10-15min late but the reality is different. Horrible service. We miss our important engagements because of their incompetency. Privatise it completely if you can’t run it efficiently. I actually want to give negative rating but there is no such option

Its regarding non availability of train in the mrng pick hours in between 8.16 am to 8.59 am there is only 5 trains in that also 1 ladies special.so effectively there is only 4 train in that 46 minutes which is more crowded ,so it will be very difficult to board the train of passenger from Nerul to Vashi (out of this 4 train 2 trains already reserve first 3 coaches for ladies)..Issues is the train frequency in the pick hours .Request administration to Pls resolved this issue.

I stay at ambernath. I would request to change the timing of Ambernath starting local from 7.17am to 7.13am as currently the 7.13am (karjat) local is always late and because of this train the ambernath local gets more late. Ambernath local reaches ambernath around 6.55am and we have to wait till 7.17am to get started. Instead, we ambernathkars would like to change the time of 7.17am local to 7.13am so that atleast this train can go on time and we too can reach office on time.

The local AC train Borivali to Churchgate fast at 8.26 am. in 4th coach from driver, there is a group literally shouts and laughs from the starting point constant. The AC coach is compact and even normal talks of people disturbs others, but They keep on shouting and laughing very loudly. Hence please look into it

It's a everyday problem, whole first class is packed by people not carrying first class ticket.
There's never a TC to check never. TC can be find only in AC train or out side station, like what is the use of having TC?

Yesterday i was travelling from mumbai local from dahisar to kandivali in the night while i was getting of at kandivali station i saw that my bag was stolen some people in the local train told me that one guy took your bag and got off the train at borivali station in that bag the things i was carrying was my driving licence my aadhar card pancard debit card in my wallet 1 pair of clothes
