Yesterday I took hair spa service(India care).The service was given by Mr.Sahil/Salil,he completed the entire process in just 25mins and very poor service given by him.He did not apply the hair mask properly only applied thrice n kept on spraying water on my hair.I took the appointment beforehand at 7:20pm.He was also in hurry to finish his work,atleast if the staff was not comfortable with the time they could have informed me.There are many good salons who are offering very good hair services n it’s worth money.lakme seems to be only interested in making money nothing else.This person named Sahil/Salil in Lakmé salon ,Sarat Bose road kolkata kept on using water throughout the hairspa.Updated in facebook and insta,hope this matter will get resolved.(Sarat Bose road kolkata Lakmé salon)

We have a store with name with perfect perfevt in Indirapuram gaziabad. The area sales team head ms. Shampy always favour the distributor.
She doesn't not pick up.phone calls and does not response to the retailer
As a result we are in a state to close the BA counter.
May be company is not in the need of business.Some action against her must be taken.
