dear sir, i am a resident of parsik kharegaon kalwa. my office is at Fort mumbai, i regularly goes to office by AC train 9.16 am from Thane to CSMT . If the train could stop to kalwa or mumbra the residents of localities would get benefit that they can travel from mumbra or kalwa to csmt. since there is no AC train for that timing this option would be worth. so please consider my suggestion at reply to this email.

Males getting in last three Ladies compartment by Nisha:

Dear Sir,
I am local train passenger from Vashi. I have a complaint regarding 6:25 Pm Vashi to Thane train departing from Vashi station. That train is a ladies special train whose last three coaches from thane end are specially meant for ladies and no man can travel in that. But i have observing since last one month that every day men get on those second last and third last coaches and when we try to convince them that it is ladies coach, all of them deny and as such all the ladies have to get out of that coach. No body even listens to the loudspeaker's announcement. Me and my friend even went to the Police patroling the vashi railway station but of no use as they dont come everyday to take those men off the ladies coach. Please its a very humble request to you to please look into this matter and ensure we ladies get our rights to travel in those three ladies coaches. Waiting for an action from your end.

I have taken first class ticket from Diva to Kurla for ease travelling. There is a unexpected rush in the train whether I go to catch the train at any time. I got a severe cramp. I have experienced that there are lots of people who travel without the proper ticket. There is no proper check point for that kind of people, person having the first class ticket have to suffer a lot, we don't even get the place to stand. I request to the concerned people to understand the problem and kindly take proper action against it.

Construction of bridge to access platform number 1 and 2 at Khar road. by Saranya:

Respected team,
There was a renovation of Khar road railway station along with the public bridges and ticket counters. The construction of the east side seems to have been completed but the bridge to access platform number 1 and 2 is not made and even after months, we can't see any progress happening.
As the people have to get down to platform number 3,4 and then climb up to get to the other platform, we are finding it difficult.
Lots of people have started crossing the railway tracks to get there easily, which is very dangerous. In such a situation the authority should get the construction done as soon as possible.
I urge you to please look into the matter and get the renovation done quickly.

Please stop this AC local as it creates huge time gap between two CST locals and causes delay to people like us who have to catch connecting train or bus.
It is really a nuissance as I can observe hardly anyone on board in this Local.

Please largely increase the publuc entrance of local trains in each boggies.this will allow lots passengers to enter and exit trains and also ease passengers entry exit.

We by mistake took a ladies only coach from Tilak Nagar station, Mumbai and the inspector standing there wasn’t just NOT ready to listen to that and fined us for Rs.260. He deboarded me and my wife and took my phone. This was about 1.20 PM on today 17th May 2022. This gives a very wrong and bad impression to the tourist, nobody wants to do mistakes intentionally, these people here should understand this and at least give a warning to visitors before charging fines, specially who are there for the very first time. This is just pathetic vigilance. At least give a warning BOSS before charging fines!!

Daily I used to travel from Train No. 95908 AC from Thane to CSMT at 9.03. But this Train is running late everyday. Really it is disgusting that we are paying RS. 1875 monthly for this Train for our convenience but Mumbai Local Train department is sleeping. Daily we have to suffer lot of problems and difficulties and everyday I am getting late in my office due to this Train. What is the use to pay Rs. 1875 if we will have to face the same problem like normal local train. At least sub urban train department management should look into this.

My name is umesh Kumar... I am staying in virar... I work in copper chimney.. I finished my duty at 11pm...but I am very disappointed that there is no virar train from 10.47 pm to 12.33 am from Santa Cruz station.. I have to wait until 12.33am for virar local... Almost 2 hours..... Please put few more virar local trains between these above timings...... Please... Please.... Please

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I stay in Ulwe-Bamandongri. I have to change train from Nerul/Belapur. Most of the time due to 1 or 2 min delay in train from Kurla to Nerul/Belapur we missed the train and we need to wait for 1 hour. Also timing of few trains are set in such manners like ladies train or Vashi train exactly at the same time due to which we miss the train from Nerul/Belapur.
I request you to please look into the timing and change accordingly. We also request you to increase the frequency of train from Nerul to Kharkopar. Last train is from Belapur request to add few train upto 11 PM because most of the people are working in second shift facing very much difficulties to reach home by Bus or Auto.
Request to please do the needful.
