    Today first time I tarvel in Mumbai local worst experience by mistake i reach another station the ticket checker taking unnecessary fine of rs1300 I have ticket also but they are saying which is not expectable for this route and the normally fine of one person is rs 250 but they charge 260 rupess for one person

    Dear Sir,

    In Mumbai, it has become extremely difficult for us to travel in 1st Class.

    We are paying more than 3 times fare for monthly train pass and even than we are not finding seats to sit. Many many 2nd class Or without ticket passengers board the first class.

    In morning hours, unauthorised government and semi government employees board 1st class compartments. They chew pan masala so called mava and sit in front of us. They spit out of the windows. Disgusting smell comes out of their mouth.

    In peak hours, these 2nd class people sit in the 1st class from the starting point of the train. For example, if the train is from Virar to Churchgate, they board the train at Virar. We 1st class passengers, even after paying higher fare, don't find place to sit.

    We have complained to the station master, but no use.

    Please do something for us by raising this issue in your TV channel so that we find justice.

    Huge water logging at basement (passage) at Khandeshwar railway station by Sandeep Singh:

    This is to inform you that commuters face problem due to huge Water logging in basement (passages) at Khandeshwar railway station. However, I already have made complaint about this on 19/07/2021 in writing to staff at Khandeshwar railway station, BUT problem still persists whenever rain comes. In addition, today i. e 12/09/2022 the condition is same. Moreover, I have photographs of the same but would not able to send with this complaint due to non availablity of attach file option. Apart from this, I didn't get email address over website of local to register online complaint So, it is requested to do the needful for convenience of commuters. Look forward to receiving a positive reply and early action.

    Water gets accumulated till knees on khandeshwar railway station even if small amount of rain occurs. We have to go through that dirty water which causes various diseases. There is no proper drainage system on this station. Please look into this matter. Many office going people and ladies have to go through this dirty water. Also it is very risky. Please look into this matter at the earliest

    I daily travel from Badlapur to Vikhroli(too and fro). There should a announcement of platform no. in Local train of central line, like AC train. Due unaware of platform no. it creates a panic situation mostly when train arrives to kalyan station and creates rush inside the bogie.
    And also when train is halted due to unknown reason there should be announcment for reason.
    These facility is already carried out in wester railway long back

    I am handicap traveling in western line in divyangjan compartment. But I have seen that many passengers more then 70 % who are not handicapped ( without UDID Card) traveling in this coach . Kindly do something.

    Complaint regarding AC train by Sapna Sharma:

    Today on 1st October 2022 i booked 3 AC train tickets from Andheri to churchgate for AC local at 8.30
    Unfortunately we waited at platform no 5 about half n hour but the train did not arrive. We wasted our Rs 210. Now who is responsible to refund my amount which i spent on ac but due to negligence of Mumbai local train authority i had to travel by local. I want my refund of AC train since this was not my fault. Please look in to this matter at the earliest

    Im a passenger travelling in udhyan express 11301. CST to Bangalore. I have a valid reservation ticket but the local travellers are boarding in reservation coaches and not providing proper place for the reserved passengers.

    Harbour Trains are very dirty everytime. Fans are always dirty also the sometimes the seats are very dirty ( poty) conditions. Please keep trains clean.

    Horrible to travel in Virar Locals by HARESH KHIATANI:

    Earlier It was already very difficult to travel in Virar trains in peak hours. Now some of trains are converted into AC local so it becomes more horrible and fearful for a common person to travel. Even from 1st Oct. trains upto Bhayander are either converted into AC or extended upto Virar. .e.g. Dadar-Bhayander train at 7.38PM converted into AC. C'gate-Bhayander train at 8.02PM is extended upto Virar. I am residing at Mira Road. Earlier If I couldn't enter into any other train there was a option to wait for Bhayander train. Now If any how I am succeeded to enter in Virar train then it is also very difficult to get down at Mira Road. Moreover Dadar-Virar train at 7.22 PM is started from very far platform No.6 instead of No.5.
    I humbly request you to try to restore / increase the services upto Bhayander in peak hours and increase services of 15 coach trains.
    Hope my request will be considered sympathetically and necessary action will be taken immediately so that common men will not suffer badly.

    PEOPLE HAVE STARTED TRAVELLING BY FIRST CLASS WITH 2ND CLASS TICKET.

    THIS CAUSES INCONVENIENCE FOR US WHO BUY FIRST CLASS TICKET AND PASS. TC ALSO RARELY COMES...ESPECIALLY ON HARBOUR LINE ROUTES.

    PLS LOOK INTO THE MATTER.

    Hi, I am Sandeep and daily travelling between Juinagar to kurla. I have monthly local train pass of 1st class but the coach is getting crowded daily in both fares. There is no TC entering in coach for verification and people travelling without fear which impacting on people who have proper 1st class tickets. Here I am paying rs. 700 per month but all is waste considering of no comfort of daily travelling.

    Request your support to make our travel comfort. Also there is loss of railway as many of people are without tickets.

    Request to run AC trains particularly in the morning between 8.00 am to 10.00 am from Ambernath station to CSTM as the ones which run as of now are after 10.00 am and are of no use looking at the office timings.

    Office-goers Commuters need it badly early morning to enable them to take advantage of the same..
