    I AM A PRIVATE SECTOR EMPLOYEE WORK AT CSMT & MY REGULAR LOCAL TRAIN IS MORNING 07:26 HRS WHICH REACHES DAILY LATE AT KALYAN RAILWAY STN & ALSO REACHES LATE AT CSMT DAILY.
    AS ALL OUR PRIVATE SECTORS OFFICE ISO TIMING IS 09:10 HRS WE ARE GETTING DAILY LATE DUE TO LATE OF TRAINS
    ITS HUMBLE REQUEST TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE AND REQUEST MUMBAI LOCAL TRAIN DEPARTMENT TO MAKE ACCURATE SCHEDULE OF RAILWAY TIMINGS AND OTHER EXPRESS WHICH MAKES LOCAL TRAIN LATE.

    Hi ,
    Please note even after paying for first class ticket , the situation in harbour line train is pathetic and we will have to travelling standing , the reason for the same is no TC hence no ticket check . Most commuters get into first class as there is no checking

    I AM FROM CENTERAL LINE DAILY WE ARE FACING LATE TRAINS AND EVEN WE HAVE TAKEN AC PASS BUT AC LOCAL ARE NOT RUNNING INSTEAD NORMAL TRAINS ARE RUNNING, THIS PROBLEM IS MOSTLY ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.

    BOARDING FROM THANE STATION IS TOO RISKY. EVEN PEOPLE CANT BOARD FROM STARTING TRAIN OF THANE.

    LADIES COMPARTEMENT FOR FRIST CLASS IS TOO SMALL REQUTED HEREWITH TO INCREASE THE COACHES, ALSO IN GENERAL LADIES COACH ARE VERY LESS.

    ALSO IF WE DONT TAKE TICKETS & CAUGHT WE HAVE TO PAY FINE, BUT IF WE HAVE AC PASS AND TRAIN IS NOT RUNNING THEN WHY THERE IS NO REFUND WE SPEND OUR HARD EARNING TO GET THE COMFORT TO ALEAST WE STAND AND REACH OUR DESTINATION

    Repeatedly, I have noticed individuals traveling on the train without valid tickets during the morning commute. Despite the clear regulations and the expectation for all passengers to purchase tickets, it appears that some passengers are evading fare payment and taking advantage of the lack of ticket inspection during this time.

    This situation is particularly frustrating for those of us who diligently purchase tickets and rely on the train service to commute to our destinations. It is disheartening to see passengers standing throughout the journey due to overcrowding, while others who have not paid for their tickets are able to occupy seats or even sleep comfortably.

    I kindly request that appropriate action be taken to address this issue and ensure that all passengers adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by the railway authorities. Increased vigilance or enforcement measures during the morning hours may help deter such behavior and promote fairness among commuters.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to address this concern and improve the overall experience for all passengers on the AC local train.

    Seperate ticket counter for higher class and AC train ticket by Pravin More:

    Dear Railway Management,
    We are standing in long Queue for second class ticket. But there is no seperate counter or queue for higher class ticket. We people standing in queue also having value for our time. It's gentle request for railway management to look into this and avoid such situations which may create fight between two individuals.

    Too much crowd in 1 class by Vinayak Satve:

    Mumbai CSMT to Andheri/Goregaon train too much crowded in mahim & bandra. Due to second class passanger travelling in 1 St class in regular basis, because there no TC in such railway station like : king circle, mahim, bandra.
    Morning time from 8 to 10 & evening 6 to 8 .
    Duo to too much so many thieves interferes in this train. Please take so actions soon as possible.

    Hi,
    We realise that there might be many such issues been registered. But one more person putting it forth that Nallasopara people sit in Virar trains - reach virar and then go their destination. Making it impossible for the people of virar to get a chance of sitting or even standing in trains. It gets extremely crowded due to difference in population.
    I hope you rather increase the frequency of trains from virar to churchgate or put some special trains for nallasopara since the people there are way too much all heading towards Andheri.
