    8.59 am to 10.18 am from Badlapur. During this time, 2 trains (9.29 and 9.38) go to Mumbai, so both these trains are very crowded, but at least 2 trains are requested to run during this rush hour.

    In morning 8.32 at vile parle Goregaon to CSMT In this train there is a disturbance of Gents beggars n Hijadas (Chhakas) n salesman in ladies compartments.They harras the ladies for money and touch the ladies,Also there are pick pocketers n chains snatchers This is a concern
    of safety n security of ladies passengers Also there are no police in the ladies compartment same problem in the evening trains .kindly treat this problem urgently so that ladies can travel safely

    Discomfort caused du to No ticket checking in AC local by Ratnesh N. Chaturvedi:

    In AC local, because the TC is not coming for checking the tickets regularly, unwanted people's and people without tickets have increased. Because of which people those who are paying for AC service have to face discomfort. Specially during peak hours if it's not possible for TC to enter the Coach. Atleast check the ticket of AC coach passanger when they are getting down at there destination and if they don't have ticket charge fine on them.
    Lastly the fine for without ticket passenger for AC coach is same as normal local train coach. So it's a request that charge fine equivalent to price diffence ratio between normal local train w.r.t AC coach price

    Regarding 7.47 train in Dombivali and Sunday timetable on holidays by Suma Nair:

    Pls note that 7.47 Dombivali Csmt train commuters r coming down from mumbra ,diva to Dombivali. In Dombivali not a single seat while getting in from Dombivali. They have to stand. If we ask for they use vulgar language and starts fight. You are requested to send Ticket checkers in all compartments to check the tickets or passes which will be very helpful for us. And secondly why do trains on all bank holidays is as per Sunday time table . Most of the trains gets cancelled and then after that a huge crowd. Most of the private offices are not closed on all holiday . It is only bank and govt offices are closed not the private offices. It is ok if trains are cancelled on national holidays otherwise nobody has that who works in for private firm doesn't have holiday. Please look into the both matters and solve the same asap

    Train which is scheduled at 07:12 pm CSMT fast was running late for 8-10 min.
    An unknown local train pass by that platform which is not going to stop at Mulund but a woman who was speaking in Mics had told that the train will stop here. But it won't stop. An the indicator which show that the train will come in few mins has also change the time 7:40 PM and suddenly afterin it again changed to 7:12 and train arrives at 7:22-7:24.
    Due to this some people have crossed the track to catch the slow train because when this announcement happened there was a slow train for Dadar was at platform no 2.
    I request you to kindly look into this.

    On 10 Aug 2023 9.24 pm at Borivali West ticket window I applied for quarterly pass for my student Son Parth Varma. The ticket issuer asked us to pay 770 on Gpay which I paid. Immediately he said that by mistake he mentioned Borivali to Vile parle. Hence the payment will be refunded. Then he corrected the mistake. Now entry was made for quarterly pass from Borivali to Churchgate. Then again he asked us to gpay Rs 1220 at 9.27pm. And he issued us the pass. The payment of 770rs has to be refunded back as no pass was issued and there was a transaction entry mistake from the ticket issuer. The 770 rs payment UPI transcript ID is 322260643346. Google transaction ID CICAgNDGuHqNA. Kindly arrange to refund the same

    Few people who afford ola and private vehicles manage themselves but the common man who is working late night for his bread and butter cannot afford this they have to stay on road side or out side of statin which is ridiculous
