Overcrowding in 8.51am ac slow local train by Abil:

The train is crowded with majority people travelling without tickets or passes.
This has been a daily affair.
Kindly increase the fine to 3000 from 300 else people shall be ignorant.
Please TC is available in train all days to reduce the overcrowding issue
2nd class travellers travelling in 1st Class by Prabhakar:

It is quite common to find almost 50% 2nd class travellers , travel unauthorised in 1st class in Dahanu bound trains up and down every day . There are no TC’s visiting the train. Duly first class ticket holder bonafide passengers , particularly senior citizens like me are totally helpless.
And have to travel standing throughout . TC control mobile number , does not care to respond .
Pls start rigorous checking to avoid large scale misuse

I jeetu Kapoor, daily travelling from goregaon(8.52 am) to ghatkopar via dadar, daily....as there are commuter of 2nd class also board in first class due to this there was heavy rush in the compartment, when to inform them that this is first class they say r u TC, when TC will come will handle him,
I request you to put some kind of tel no in the first class coach, so will inform on that no about this kind of commuters, so you can catch them,, due to this facility revinue of tickets less travellers/ fine incurred due to 2nd class commuters traveling in first class will rise up...
Please try this scheme and see the difference of fine boom up.....

On 11 Oct. 2023, I attempted to book a ticket for the Andheri to Virar route through UTS platform. The transaction appeared to be successful, and an amount of Rs. 590 was deducted from my account. However, ticket not booked.
Bank Refernce ID: 365005348499 - this is the reference id of that transaction. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and process a refund for the deducted amount of Rs. 590 as soon as possible. I understand that technical glitches can happen, but it is essential to ensure that customers do not face any inconvenience due to such issues. Complaint regarding less number of ladies coach in local train running from ambernath to csmt. After getting AC local train pass, even in first class (8:27 local fast train from ambernath to csmt), ladies torture to get up and stand outside, as they are regularly going in the same train, which is not their rights.

Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Balaji Nadar from New Panvel, Navi Mumbai. On Monday, October 30, 2023 I went to Khandeshwar railway station to renew my monthly local train pass for 3 months. For payment of Rs. 790, I used my standard chartered bank credit card no. xxxx xxxx xxxx 2003. Mr. Vishal Lokhande was on the chair, and he only swiped my above-mentioned credit card in the POS machine after 2 tries and a long wait. The charge slip came out from POS machine, and I also got message from standard chartered bank of Rs 709 at 21:11 p.m.
But Mr. Vishal Lokhande refused to give a pass, saying the payment had not hit the system, so a pass could not be given after 30 minutes of waiting. i asked him for a refund, but he refused and said to meet Station Master Bhakti between 10a.m. and 5 p.m. Also, he himself wrote his name and Bhakti Madam's name on the charge slip for reference.
Hence, on November 1, 2023, around 11:12 a.m., I met Bhakti Madam at Khandeshwar Station, Navi Mumbai, and explained to her the situation and also showed her my charge slip. She said it would take 72 hours for a refund. But I haven't gotten any refund messages from the railway or from the standard chartered bank.

It is the due duty of inform in a form of news about change in train car. Abruptly changing 15 car train to 12 without informing prior is sheer carelessness of the railway department.
7:18 kalyan fast train changed from 15 car to 12 car.
Kindly issue a notice at least now.

9.40am goregaon local coming late every day .I am travelling by this train since 2 year on even single day train is on time wat is exact problem every one geting late to office and because of train coming late rush increase more .and goregaon train frequency are low every day 15 min late

We are facing local train timing issue since beginning of this year 2023 it’s not running on its given time.
Railway is not serious of trains sechedule which hampering on local public office timings.
People have to wait for trains which are going to Karjat Badlapur ambernath.
Only cst train are running on their time.
Kindly look into this serious matter and do the needful.

There is not TC available in the first class coach why I don’t know this is happening from many months. We are paying to the railway extra for the best facilities but railways in not attentive I am writing this complaint from Badlapur. There is lots of 2 nd class passengers travelling in first class due to them we are not getting the place to stand also. I request you to please send complusaryly 1 tc in every first class coach

I am travelling Kalyan CST 8.14AM Train daily last 20 years. after locvk Down this train daily running 20-30 min late. At prent i think railway pledged all local suburban train should be late 30 min . and also no control for 2nd calls passanger and without ticket travelling 1st class nobody coming to check on train.

Dear Sir / Madam, i have not received my amount of Rs.285/-. i booked season (monthly) pass from Mansoravar Station to CSMT Station on 7/12/23 at around 10.44 am (from Mansoravar Ticket Counter). i tried paying from my google pay, but it was showing transaction error, failed. but anyhow amount of Rs.285/- was deducted from my account.
