    Increase in frequency of local trains beyond Kalyan to Titwala, Kasara route by Rajesh:

    At Peak evening hours there is a must required to increase frequency in trains beyond Kalyan to Titwala / Kasara route. Interval between two trains currently available as below from Thane to TL is huge about 29 minutes at peak hours .For example
    Dep 0556 pm from CST to Titwala, Thane - 0636 to TL
    Dep 0625 pm from CST to Kasara, thane arrival 0706 pm .it's a sincere need for daily office traveling people . suggestions will be to atleast initiate trains from Thane or Dl/Kalyan to TL or Kasara at peak evening hours, similar to currently what is available to BL, Karjat from Thane.This is needed mustly to cater to the increase in rush on trains to TL, Kasara at peak hours.
    I hope my suggestions are considered and acted upon.

    Increased inlocal trains frequency to Titwala , beyond Kalyan to Kassar route by Rajesh:

    At peak hours morning and particularly at evening it's a must genuine need to increase the frequency of trains to Titwala. Humble suggestion is to atleast initiate trains from Thane to TL, N at evening peak hours similar to what is available to Karjat route.
    From Thane after 0636 pm hrs departure of Train to TL the next train is at 0706 pm, interval of 30 min is huge in front on rush at peak hours.
    I hope that positive step will be taken on this to increase trains to TL, N route.

    I was travelling in 2nd class and i had pass of that, i got down at malad station. And suddenly a lady cought me called shraddha (ticket checker) saying that i was travelled in 1st class and she took me to senior and the both are saying that i was wrong they took 1 hr of mine & they released me. Without any procedure or any apology. Please take action for the same so other people won't experience the same.

    I travel by 7:18 train from kalyan daily to work and get down at Ghatkopar. Recently it is observed that 7:18 train is stopped so that 7:15 fast local can pass. 7:15 local is normally late and this delays 7:18 local due to which we miss our next connections and get late to office. request you to look into this and resolve the issue.

    मेरा नाम माशुख खान है, मै दिव्यांग व्यक्ति हूँ, दिव्यांग व्यक्ति ज्यादातर सोचते है कि उन्हें कोई नौकरी उनके आसपास मिल जाए, पर ऐसा होता नहीं है, अगर मिल भी जाता है २००० से ४००० हजार बीच में मिलता है। मजबूर होकर दिव्यांग व्यक्ति को दूर नौकरी के लिए जाना पड़ता है, इसमें मेरा स्वार्थ नहीं है मै अपने बारे में नहीं सबके बारे में सोच रहा हूँ और मैंने कई दिव्यांग व्यक्ति से बात किया है, उनका कहना है वो जब रेल के लोकल दिव्यांग डब्बे में बैठते है तो उन्हें चड़ने उतरने में काफी मुश्किलों का सामना करना है, क्यूँकि दिव्यांग डब्बे में मुश्किल से गिन चुनके १० से १२ दिव्यांग होते है और उसमे ३० से ४० व्यक्ति जो की दिव्यांग नहीं होते है उनकी वजह से चड़ना उतरना काफी मुश्किल हो जाता है और कभी – कभी दिव्यांग व्यक्ति गिर जाते है, क्यूँकि मै खुद दो से तीन बार गिर चूका हूँ, जिसके चलते मैंने काम छोड़ दिया। मेरा ख़त लिखने का मकसद सिर्फ इतना है की दिव्यांग डिब्बे में सिर्फ दिव्यांग व्यक्ति आसानी से यात्रा कर सके इसके लिए प्लीज कुछ कीजिए खासकर सुबह और शाम के टाइम काफी लोग दिव्यांग डिब्बे में यात्रा करते है, एक बार मै ठाणे स्टेशन के सामने खड़ा था काफी भीड़ था, मैंने पाँच ट्रेन छोड़ दिए, छठे ट्रेन में दिव्यांग डब्बे के सामने कई व्यक्ति ऐसे थे जो दिव्यांग नहीं थे और चढ़ गए और मै चड़ने की कोशिश किया और किसी ने धक्का मारा और मै गिर गया। देखा जाय तो अगर दिव्यांग व्यक्ति के डिब्बे में सिर्फ दिव्यांग व्यक्ति अगर यात्रा करे तो कोई तकलीफ नहीं होगा लेकिन काफी लोग यात्रा करते है आप चाहे तो सर्वे करवा सकते है। इन सभी कारणों से कई दिव्यांग व्यक्ति ट्रेन में यात्रा करना और जॉब पे जाना पसंद नहीं करते है, उनके पास कोई उपाय नहीं रहता की वो करे क्या, क्यूँकि जॉब ज्यादा करके मुंबई में रहता है, और ट्रेवल करने पर वो कई बार घायल हो जाते है। अगर आप चाहेंगे तो जो मैंने जो लिखा मै उसे साबित करके दिखा सकता हूँ। अगर इन समस्याओं का समाधान हो गया काफी दिव्यांग खुश हो जायेंगे। ६०% से ८०% दिव्यांग इसके लिए यात्रा नहीं करते क्यूँकि उनको इन सभी समस्याओं का सामना करना पढ़ता है। वैसे कहना तो बहुत कुछ है, पर काफी लम्बा हो जायेगा इसलिए मै संवाद यही पर बंद करता हूँ। मेरा मोबाइल नंबर : 8976635928 है।

    I m travelling in Kasara To CSMT Train from Titwala station 10:17 pm.. This train is fast train.. This train arrived Titwala station on 10:55 pm and now this train totally running on slow track.. and take stop at each n every station.. we pay for consumption of time n comfort.. and you don’t give a proper service to public.. just because of this I can be loss my Job.. Who should responsible for this if I lost my Job..?? Try to give proper service..

    I was waiting for Andheri CSMT local at Andheri Station. I thought 1.26 Goregoan CSMT local would arrive on time but there was no announcement /not updated on indicator also. Upto 2.15 p.m. Information for passengers planned to teavel towards CSMT through harbour line was not updated. Very poor service rendered by the Andheri Station Authority. Should I request to take action against the responsible authority and give direction to manage harbour line locals properly.

    Ticket collector is not available in first class coaches from Dombivli to Thane ... There is so many without ticket passenger's is traveling in first class coach... No any T.C.is available on platform also ... At out side of first class coach... Why they all are behaving like this ... ???
