    Suffocation Rise As Central Railway Switches Off Blowers by Aakash.:

    Dear All,

    We are facing Suffocation As Central Railway Switches Off Blowers.the 'blowers' in local trains aren't working, leaving them with no ventilation. Already, peak-hour crowds don't leave any breathing room, and the problem gets worse when people shut the doors and windows to keep rainwater out.
    Intially when Bombardier local the Blowers were working but from last 3 months it is not working . situation become worse when old local trains come, there is no proper ventilation even blowers not working..

    We request u to atleast open blower for long rote trains ie karjat,ambarnath,badlapur all these trains are already crowded if it gets late situation become worse or peak hours trains we daily travel from ulhasnagar to dadar.
    Hope u will look into this & take some action

    improper train timing & delay in services by V.P.GADGIL:

    during pick hrs. train after 5.57pm from dadar to borivali next fast train is at 6.12pm (after 15 min gap) and train after 6.18pm next train is at 6.32pm (14 min gap)
    both 6.12pm and 6.18 trains diverted to slow track at santacruz and then both train follow slow trains going ahead stopping in between the two station also. ram mandir station is the big headache for borivali fast trains. i think no one is bother about it.
    6.18pm at dadar train takes around 50 minutes to reach at borivali station

    Suggestions for prevention accidental falls from local trains by Sree Lakshmi Addepalli:

    I would like to suggest a way of preventing accidental falls. We could install train doors with a pulley like handle so that before entering the platforms it can open up and people can get outside or inside. After 1 minute and before leaving a station the pulley handle can be locked and the train can start proceeding away from the station.
    This will stop last minute people getting down

    Actually i couldn't find a feedback site so writing here.
    I would like to take a moment and let you all know that entire team of Mumbai Railway are doing a fantastic Job. Handling a Huge database is very very difficult and in that you resolve people's issue as soon as you can. I had similar issue with UTS app and you guys resolved it without me going through the trouble. Awesome, cant thank you enough. Its not easy to handle such huge crowd and at the same time delivering at the right time. Indian Railways are the best. Cheers.!!

    I am regular commuter of Mumbai central local train since last 15 years. Now a day every day trains are late by half an hour and more, also announcement of train's updates not happening properly at kalyan station which make lot trouble to commuters.

    Luggage Compartment - Dont Allow fish seller basket in luggage compartment by pravin:

    Dear Sir,
    Please dont allow fish seller basket in local train luggage compartment. They are using luggage compartment of local train in mumbai for commercial purpose at free of cost. Spoiling luggage compartment daily. It is difficult to use this luggage bogy to other user.
    Please do proper rule to stop fish seller basket carrying in luggage compartment.

    Today also trains are late as cstm F-diva reached kalyan station at 2:03pm instead of 1:32 pm.

    This happens regular basis no improvement is there.

    Why its not getting improved as we are regular commuter since long so many years and paying for this service if not pay then penalise then why we are not getting proper service.

    Every day central line trains are late, yesterday also train was late by 20 minutes.

    Fast train whose arrival time was displaying on indicator was 1:05pm, wand actually train was arrived at kalyan on 1:35pm.

    Since there is no improvement in service except fair price.

    Charsi, alcoholic people and prostitutes on platform by santosh Battise:

    1] When we miss the 09:00am CST train at Kurla Harbour route, we dont have any alternative but to wait for the 09:04am CST train which always arrive at Kurla station after the 09:08am CST Ladies special train.
    Every passenger has to wait minimum 15 minutes for the next train after 09:00am & if all the trains are late has to wait for some more time causing late to attending office.

    2] The people who have to wait are often irritated when the ladies special train 09:08am which is scheduled after 09:04am train comes earlier. This has been ocurring for the last 2 months & is causing unrest among the people which will drive the mob to release their anger at the station premises.

    3] There are many other passengers travelling in the Ist Class as NO TC comes in the train for ticket checking & we have to tell the passenger to get down at the next station & some of them dont even listen to us.

    We the passengers appreciate your quick action

    Recently many passengers without possessing 1st class ticket have the audacity to travel in first class and if someone tries to decently tell them that they aren’t supposed to they start fighting back. This is ridiculous as even after we paying a huge amount to buy the 1st class ticket it feels unworthy to travel in it. The only reason behind this is that there are no TC’s . We long distance commuters have to just bear the non sense of these other passengers for no reasons. This is some real serious issue which needs to be taken care of ASAP. We have an entire day to face at work with challenges and if we gonna start our day just facing such problems at the start of the day than it’s really not done. I’m not saying it’s gonna benefit us a lot but at least to some extent. It’s my request to please look into the matter and take the necessary actions ASAP.

    First class compartment is full by second class passengers on Suburban trains cst ti karjat by Dhananjay:

    Pl look into it we are spending money on first class monthly pass almost 6times more than the second class fare .
    But the cmpartment is occupied by the second class passengers and we are not getting any seats. No ticket checkers on Thane Karjat root.

    Now days again in harbour line hawkers mob are increased in trpain.
    They are not allowing to passenger move on.
    If we asked to take them side they misbehaving with passenger.

    Kindly take action against hawkers so passsenger can travel peacefully.

    Dear sir, I observed that platform fans of khandeshwar railway station running continuously. As this is winter season there is no requirement of fans and to waste electricity. I don't know situation at other stations. Also platform lights of khandeshwar are aways off during morning this becomes safety issue. You are requested to take necessary action against my complaint.

    Not accepted Card payments at Naigaon West railway counter (Mumbai) by Tukuna Dakua:

    I am regularly passenger in rail in Mumbai local train Naigaon to churchgate.when I am going to counter Naigaon West counter person told me edc machine not working it since 4 day's same issue.i want to payment ticket through debit card.he told me if its central govt issue what can I do for you.kindly shortcut the issue.
