Few months back I had paid the amount by check for the website , but within two days I had informed your representative Mr saurabh chaturvedi that I didn't want a website and wanted the refund, I had also informed it on the confirmation call . The representative assured me that the amount would be adjusted in the future payments for the banner and listings , since I had been a customer of the company for last 4 to 5 years I agreed. The amount wasn't adjusted in banner making, saying it would be adjusted in a larger amount. Now at the time of renewal of listing they are deducting 6000 rupees from the amount I had paid for the website . I have telephonic recording of the executives regarding the unnecessary deduction of my amount which was supposed to be refunded. This process of refunding has drained me inside out , I have been mentally tortured for last 6 months regarding the same.
Hence I am left with no , it is my humble request to look into this matter.
