With final amount, lastly person of your sales team visited our office and excepted our cheque of 311000 which was committed to renew package for 10 years after concerning from his higher officials almost waiting for 3 hours at our office. Last amount was decided by u officials and then only we gave a cheque. At starting talks we were finalising in 3 lacs round figure and a copy of cheque was sent to your higher authorities (Sachin sir) by your sales person which was refused and finally amount decided was 311000 and a new cheque was given and duly accepted by your sales team person after permission taken by him from his higher authorities on phone.as said name Sachin sir and Rakesh ohja sir

Some one can please help me. I paid money to Justdial for a banner. First of all it took very long for activation, secondly the banner is wrongly designed. It contains products, which I don't sell. It creates a negative image of my company. I have sent more than 50 mails explaining everything in detail, but nobody is responding. As the justdial service is very bad, I wanted refund. I sent the request for refund about two weeks back. But there is no response. The only mail I got is that my mails are forwarded to somebody who will take action. I don't want justdial services as Justdial services are very bad. I want refund. First of all please remove the banner which shows totally different products on my company name which I don't sell. I sincerely feel that Justdial is suitable only for B2C. Since I am a manufacturer, wholesaler and exporter, you cannot understand my requirement.
The banner contains the name of my company and two different products which I don't manufacture and sell. My brand name is not there. I don't sell my company. I sell a brand. It is more than 2 week since I complained this but your service is so poor that nobody bothers to understand me. I don't want your services,I want refund.
