As we discussed with shumaila Khan (8860771835) on 22th February 2023 that we will start our business on 1st April 2023. One of your business executive Mr. Deepak (8791547270) meet with me and i had paid 2months down payments to Mr. Deepak as per your company policy and as discussed with Mr. Deepak to start the business on 1st April and informed Mr. Deepak to pay monthly ECS on 10th April 2023.
By mistake you have opened the customer account on 1st March 2023 before any prior information with us.
On 22th March 2023 shumaila Khan called me and ask about the ECS, due to the ECS payment you had cancelled my contract.
As discussed with shumaila on 24th march she said that we have opened your customer account on 1st April 2023 and I have paid the INR: 3540 (transfer Id: T2304011353512602686934) on 1st April 2023.
Now we are waiting the business call from your side and not to get any positive response from shumaila Khan.
She is pressuring me regarding the ECS amount.
Now I am getting loss of INR: 2000 per day, kindly confirm who will bear this loss.
She is refusing to return the amount and there is not a single business call from your side.
Kindly take an appropriate action on this matter and confirm that you will give the business call or refund the amount.

This refers to our several phone conversations had with your customer service over the last 18 months, regarding your auto debit of Rs750.00. The owner of the business my wife expired since last 2 years. The business is closed since then, as I am 73 years old senior citizen, but you have not stopped the auto debit despite several requests. Your phone associates have made several promises over these months but the auto debit continues. My bank a/c is almost empty now.
I request you to immediately return Rs13500.00 deducted by you over the last 18 months, and stop the auto debit immediately.
I googled your auto debit system and found 1000”s of complaints against you. This seems to be a big scam perpetrated by you, where you take some signatures from the shop owners, under some pretext and keep charging them for their life time.
Finally if you do not re-imburse me the above amount immediately and stop the auto debit, within one week, I will mark a copy of this mail to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and to the Office of The Prime Minister with a request to investigate how many business people you are scamming for years with this trick. Meanwhile I am posting this mail on every available complaint forum on the internet.
