I received a call on 11 Mar 22 from Aditya Singh saying an old policy I had taken in 2011 is lying unclaimed and I need to activate my CRN number to claim my funds. He asked me to call RM Satish Kumar 9910144984. On doing so,I was asked to submit documents, then make 2 premium payments and then I would get the whole amount. When I asked them to email me this information they said they cannot use my email, they had all my information, maybe from Reliance old records.

This is in regards to the policy for which there was amount of INR.1700/- got deducted from my account
I have categorically called to Just dial and cancelled the policy since the policy is not suitable for me and told them not to deduct anything from my account . Yesterday I noticed that there was an amount of 1700/-got deducted from HDFC a/c. inspite of my call how come it got deducted from account .i have never given any cheque for the said amount hence it is not legal to deduct this amount from my account w/o any intimation to the customer .

Hi ,
I am writing this email and shared the complaint multiple times that I took resume writing service via Just Dial Partner - MD Smart Resumes ( Phone Number : +91-9958060625 / +91-9958026055 / +91-93139369163).
The payment of INR 2500 was done on 17th May'2022 where it was committed that my resume will be done in one week with Covering letter and LinkedIn Profile.
Incomplete first draft was shared on 24th April ( based on 2019 profile and without any research).
Since then , I have been following up and shared all my relevant information but the vendor ( Ms Anu) has not been picking up the call nor working on my resume.
She has ruined my lot of job opportunities and job calls already.
Kindly take strict action such vendors and please get my money refunded.
