I Himanshu Sahoo personally visited Dr Batra’s clinic regarding hair fall. I have an appointment on 20th June 2018 (today) timing 7.20 pm with DR. ARGHA MAHAPATRA . After reaching there the receptionist said due to more number of patients your appointment is cancelled today. I want to know why this is happening.
Moreover on this day at 5.24 PM I received a call from Dr. Brata’s with this mobile no. 9773595703 to conform my appointment. He told me to come at 7.30 pm and I reached there in time.
Then What’s the problem.
Plz let me know.
I travelled about 20 Km from my residency which is very much expensive and painful for me.
So finally let me know whose fault is this?
Why should patient suffer like this?
Let me clarify as soon as possible.

Sir/Madam,
This is inform you that I had sent query about this issue to your Howrah Branch on 10/09/19 via email. Mainly two issues has occurred.
1) My father's GENO Test Report has not been received. But two days ago this is solved. But My report from lab not got hard-copy, received printout copy from mail, that's very low quality.
2) I have not received prescriptions from Sep 18 to July 19 from your branch still now. And I have not received any substantive reply.
I am very disappointed for ur process. Because patient will receive his/her prescriptions during or end of treatment duration(at end of last treatment session).
But in that case, I have not received my previous prescriptions.
I feel that that is very abnormal manner that I have faced in ur branch. And I will not recommend to other for treatment from ur branch if I will not get my solution(I want to get my prescriptions). Because I am not satisfied for ur treatment process and manner.
I request you that, kindly take the necessary measures to redress our problems.
I hope you will resolve my problems to my prescriptions as soon as possible. Waiting for your feedback

I'm writing this mail as one of your unsatisfied patients.(balvant singh 9425711833 ) I came to you many months back for the treatment of Vitiligo with my son ABHINAV SINGH KUSHWAH 8963978333 for his treatment of eczema. Kudos to you for the perfect marketing, that I was convinced to give you my hard-earned money. I was promised a complete cure for my white skin blotches. But, despite the outright treatment, there hasn't been an iota of improvement in my and son’s condition. In fact, it has deteriorated. Your so-called skin specialists could never reach the fountainhead of the problem and went numb whenever I questioned them about 'why no visible improvements?'
I trusted your name but that trust deteriorated with every consecutive visit to your clinic.
I want you to look into this matter and provide me with further assistance by arranging further visits with your senior dermatologists.
