I am a subscriber of you since 2017 onwards. I was satisfied with your service and not at all filed any complaint against you so far, but unfortunately, I am compelling to file a complaint against you. My Complaint is as follows
" I have renewed my just dial subscription in september 2020 and paid the fee of Rs: 10,500/- on 02-10-2020 by believing your authorized representative's and manager's words. Your manager informed me that the validity of my subscription is till December 2021. i.e, one year and 3months and hence the applicability of my renewal shall be effect from December 2021 onwards only. This was the actual confirmation from your manager's part at the time of renewing of my subscription in 2020, but unfortunately, now your manager Mr. Faisal saying that the validity of my subscription is only till september 2020 as well as he had given a wrong information to me stating that the complaint can file only in coimbatore@justdial.com only, this is highly illegal and ultimately a cheating against me. This is ultimately a whim from your authorised representatives & manager's part and hence kindly take an action against those person who are cheating me as well as allow my subscription till December 2021"
