Dear Sir / Madam
This is in regards to the policy for which there was amount of INR.1700/- got deducted from my account
I have categorically called to Just dial and cancelled the policy since the policy is not suitable for me and told them not to deduct anything from my account . Yesterday I noticed that there was an amount of 1700/-got deducted from HDFC a/c. inspite of my call how come it got deducted from account .i have never given any cheque for the said amount hence it is not legal to deduct this amount from my account w/o any intimation to the customer .
Through this email I request you all to cancel the policy and refund my deducted amount of INR.1700/-
