At the onset,i feel sorry I have to reach out to you for something which could have been managed easily at local office.I have reached out to Just Dial CEO Mr Mani as well ,on separate note.

If you see the trail mail, I have paid INR 18,000 for Supreme Package for my firm 'Aashiana Properties and Construction' ,with commitment of leads for next 10 years. The package was sold by Sales Person Rajeev Sharma.

But the problem started when not a single lead has been referred to us till date and when I raised the issue to Rajeev he assured me Full Refund. Now from last many days, I have been trying to contact Rajeev but he is not picking my call.

No Refund has been processed till date.

Iam extremely disappointed by professionalism displayed by Sales Team .Just Dial have simply betrayed our Trust and old association we had from past many years.

सर मैं पिछले 5 दिन से 10 टाइम 8 पर रेगुलर बात कर रहा हूं जिसमें मैं अपनी प्रॉब्लम बता चुका हूं और मेरी बात ईसीएस डिपार्टमेंट में मिस्टर आलोक को मैंने 2 मई को सुबह 10:00 बजे फोन किया था जिसमें उन्होंने मुझे 24 से 48 घंटे के लिए रुकने के लिए कहा था और मुझे विश्वास दिलाया था कि आप की पेमेंट पुराने अकाउंट की स्टॉप कर दी जाएगी और आपको मेल भी आ जाएगा जब मुझे 4 मई तक भी कोई मेल या रिप्लाई नहीं आया जस्ट डायल की तरफ से तब मैंने 4 मई को फिर से जस्ट डायल कस्टमर केयर में कॉल किया और मेरी बात मैडम आती से हुई उन्होंने मुझे 1 घंटे का वेट करने के लिए कहा और यह भी कहा कि आपको कॉल बैक अरेंज करवा रहे हैं मैंने 1 घंटे इंतजार किया और मुझे कोई कॉल बैक नहीं आया फिर उसके बाद मैंने दोबारा जस्ट डायल कस्टमर केयर में फोन किया जिसमें मेरी बात मिस्टर अभिनव से हुई उन्होंने भी मुझे विश्वास दिलाया कि शाम तक आपकी प्रॉब्लम सॉल्व हो जाएगी और आप को हमारी तरफ से मिस्टर अंकित या मैडम अति का कॉल आएगा और आपको मेल पर कंफर्म किया जाएगा कि आपकी ईसीएस पेमेंट स्टॉप हो जाएगी अभी तक मेरी बात मैडम इति ,मिस्टर अभिनव ,मिस्टर दीप ,मिस्टर आलोक ,से हो चुकी है और सब ने मुझे सिर्फ 24 से 48 घंटे का इंतजार करने के लिए कहा और प्रॉब्लम सॉल्व नहीं करी अब मैं हार कर आपसे विनम्र प्रार्थना कर रहा हूं कि आप मेरे पुराने अकाउंट का ईसीएस बंद कर दें धन्यवाद
