    As discussed with you today morning regarding the dissatisfaction of your service to customers i would hereby request you to cancell my contract immediately and arrange for the refund today.

    Expect an immediate action on this matter

    The reason for the cancellation is as below.

    1. Website is not created as requested by me.
    2. There is no proper training system to clients from your office.
    3. I have been requesting for the GST invoice from December for which it is still not resolved.
    4. The mail id of our domain is not created till date.
    5. The payment gateway is not created as requested.
    6. The server of this website is very slow and nobody will be interested to browse if this is not a quality.
    7. The website created by you is not user friendly.
    8. We are unable to add / Change / Create page due to not providing the training.
    9. Facebook chat option is not created.
    10. E mail & Sms marketing tool is not provided to us.
    11. Professional seo tools not provided.
    12. Not aware of Google analytics tool which was promised.
    13. We have been requesting several times to provide us a training but i get a different answer from each one of your team members and have been pushing for more than 3 month without advising us.
    14. The sales person who took the booking and payment only gives the false commitments assurance

    15. I AM UNABLE TO MEET THE CONCERN PERSON FOR ANY RESOLUTION OR THERE IS NO SPECIFIC PERSON TO WHOM WE CAN SHARE OUR PROBLEM EVERY TIME WHO PICKS THE CALL ASKS FOR THE COMPLETE DETAILS FROM THE BEGINNING AND I AM REALLY TIRED AND FED-UP OF ANSWERING YOUR QUESTIONS AND THE WORST PART IS I HAVE TO CALL ATLEAST 10 TIMES TO REACH THE WEBSITE SUPPORT TEAM.
