I have recently got a package from your courier services.The person who was on phone with me is very rude and using offensive words.He was not even delivering to home , moreover asking us to collect it from the office of DTDC in our locality.Address_Narsapur , medak district,zip code -502313,telangana.After going to the office he even asked to pay some delivery charges which we have paid already.Iam sincerely requesting you to take action on this matter .which even damages yours reputation too.Hope you will look onto this.

With reference to the tracking number, I can see the consignment as delivered but havent received the consignment yet.
When checked with DTDC Kottarakara Office they said they cannot deliver to my place, if needed I need to come and pick it from DTDC office.
this is a medical safety kit for my old parents, and how can dTDC behave such rudely asking to pick it up if needed, my parents are unable to collect or travel in this pandemic.
this is what we get support from DTDC and very rude behaviour from the staffs.
If DTDC was unable to deliver the consignment at my place then why was the consignment accepted? during booking itself it could have been regretted. I want my consignment to be delivered at the earliest, moreover its a medical kit and should be delivered at the earliest.

Dear sir
I Sundeep Garg booked a parcel from Delhi to Chennai on last Saturday ie 01/05/2021 with us number D81629651.At the time of booking, responding person Mr Subhash Tripathi told me that parcel will go through air cargo and charged me air cargo which I have paid and he assured me that delivery will be on Monday or Tuesday ie 03/05/2021or 04/05/2021. But later I came to know that my parcel was shipped under surface process instead of cargo, when I call Mr Subhash on Monday ie 03/05/2021, he told me that it was happened by mistake and assure me that extra charges taken for cargo will be return back and he will try to do best for early delivery of parcel. But as on today, neither he returned my extra money, nor replying my call
So I request you to please look this case and do what you can

Courier Consign (Z81839191)WIth due concern to the lodged complaint I had not received any call from your office regarding collection of courier and it is being returned without any notification or call to the Indore office and person Incharge is making wastage of time by not responding for the long day.In this approach this is details for package response On 25th July night i received a message a packet is received for delivery and Code for this delivery is 9757 it is received at 10:22 PMon other day 26th There is rain fall so i expect it will received on 27th July to me .On Today 28th July when i Called your office 9AM -10 AM no person is respond to call and also mobile number (9425093449 ) is switched off. Than after i reported to your office for necessary action and again called to courier office at 10:30 after 6-7 attempt my call got connected .He told me to call after 30 minutes than again I called at 11:00 he told me he will respond me in half an hour.Again when I called person 12:49 PM He is responding that the packet is refused by me .If person is not reached to my home How could my pacakge is refused and returned to Indore office without intimating me.
Kindly put the favorable response else i will move for legal action .

Dear Sir,
This is in reference to the penalty(Invoice No. JH2220018508) of 3118 imposed to our branch for not delivering consignment (MNL- PDN TAT PENALTY FTM OF NOV'21) in Bihar Sharif location.
I would like to inform you that we haven’t recived any consignment for delivery for last six months.
In addition to my previous mail regarding incorrect penalty against biharsharif branch TF001, penalty imposed on us for a consignment we never recived for delivery. It looks like FDM is prepared on the name of our branch(TF001) but sent to Baratpur biharsharif branch (TF201) and they didn't deliver it and we are asked to pay the penalty of 3118 rupees, whereas we have not received any item for delivery for last six months. TF201 is distributing all the packets for Biharsharif region. Why should we pay for others mistake. One more point to notice here, if in future also if same mistake happens and we are asked to pay 50,000 or one lack then who will pay it. Please check the consignment movement entries properly and cancel this penalty from us and penalise to the correct branch and also make sure this should not be repeated again.
