Above consignment is not recieved however tracking report says delivered on 12 Dec 2023 at 1627hrs that too on self name of consignee who currenytly is in bengaluru,
the address of delivery is permanent address where parents are saying and both Parents are working and house was locked-
then how tracking status has given wrong information????? are you aware of the consequences for showing such wrong status???
And can DTDC responsible executive calls to confirm as to where and what and why things went wrong and when can we recieve the consignemet -
If house is locked the item should go back to Consignor??? by showing wrong delivery status - means theft by the DTDC delivery person , for which action can be taken
Airway Bill no - A94971626 with ticket no - 10931583 by M Jayakumar:

A consignment was booked 29th Jan'24 at Surat location with destination Chennai, with reference to DTDC Track Shipment portal clearly stating it reached Chennai on 31st Jan'24 from then till this movement this consignment was not delivered.
In spite of several follow up to the respective branch and raising self ticket 10931583 , the worst part is this ticket is getting closed without addressing the reported problem. You can refer to ticket history on how many times this ticket has been closed and I reopened clearly stating the consignment was not delivered.
Appreciate if you could look into this and do the needful at the earliest please

Mai 4 April ko Lucknow se varanasi k liye courier Kiya tha courier varanasi m 5 April se courier varanasi m hold dikha rha hai abhi tk courier deliver nhi hua hai or koi update bhi nahi hai response kren mera courier kaha hai or kb tk deliver ho payega.
