I request you that a letter from my paytm bank DTDC courier service dated on 30 October 2022 from ghaziabad to bareilly branch DTDC office was received at 16.26 p.m. and it is being shown by DTDC portal that at 21.42 pm night Delivered to your address.
But this letter is not received at our home address and no one is responding when asked at your office.
You are requested to please inform about this letter,
otherwise we will have to take legal action against you.

I handed over personally Goods to be sent to UK to my Son ,in your Kothrud office 0n 5.12.2022 vide Internal Ref No N25299297 . It was 30 kgs. Payment was due which is made two days back but the consignment kept on hold at your Pune office. It could have held at Mumbai rather than Pune as it is delayed for No reason. In fact I thought on7th consignment will leave for London as the stuff is Food items. All items list is handed over to Mr Amit. I am surprised to see the delay and holding the consignment in Pune. I worked with Jeena for 30 years and then Emirates i.e Sharff Logistics but never seen such delay . Yes Payment is most important but one could have held it at Mumbai also. As it is consolidation will be done in Mumbai. What was the reason to kept parcel in Pune for 5 days. or after payment 3 days...
Can some one answer ?

Cant imagine that the parcel to reach Mumbai takes so much time. Today is being sent from Pune. I have been told it may take two or three days. So person sitting in Pune does not know about the status. So when I asked him which co thru you sent goods. He told may be..... X or Y. So there is no planning. I asked him Do you have neutral agreement,with PDP UK Agent. He said may be.,,,,
What service may I expect.?
Hope some one will take it seriously and send Parcel to UK to my son.. to avoid Xmass Holidays... and further delay

booked from Kovvur’s ,Andhra Pradesh on 19/12/ and reached Chennai on 21/12/ but they didn’t deliver the parcel till today and called today and telling the reason that the parcel is damaged by coming itself and the delivery boy denied to take the parcel….so many times the Urappakkam branch is not delivering the parcel as soon as they recieved it. The worst experience we are facing so many as they contain the edible products…and just throwing in the dustbin

Courier done from Dholaki DTDC office, not received in same city in Mumbai from more than 6 days. Last time also before this courier it was misrouted but reached on 3rd day. This time its 6 days crossed still not reached. Days increasing. This has stuck entire payment and delivery process and both parties are affected.

I have booke a DTDC courier( TV) from Rajasthan to behrampur (Odisha)but the television was found broken when arrived due to mishandling. It costs around 40- 45k .
Now my concern is who will compensate for my losses.Could you please respond ? Its really a big loss for middle class person.
Even I raised my voice in FB and Twitter , filed a complaint and lastly talked with customer care 2 3 times but no proper response.
I'm really upset for this heavy loss.

I am really impatient as the parcel contains live plants which was declared also at the time of booking. Total charges were Rs 360 with the assurance that I will reach the next day through flight service. Today is 5 th day. I have not yet received the parcel.
Do you think that my plants will be in healthy condition without oxygen after 5 days. These are costly plants.
Earlier my vendors took services of Delivery Direct Express and smartrlogistic. Both charged Rs 100 and I got my parcels within three days.
When I try to talk on telephone to customer service I go from waiting 2 to waiting three while holding the phone for 5 minutes. I don’t know how this can happen.
