The address is mentioned correctly, then why your courier person is not coming to the upstairs they are asking us to come down. We have mentioned clearly it is the 4th floor, we have lift also, then y it happens.
I stopped my work and went to collect the courier now, Please make sure it does not happen again

sub : DTDC parcel no.D21985384 ,delivery boy's harsh behavior threatening to take back the parcel ,we are afraid
DTDC parcel no.D21985384 dated 07-05-2022 was booked at Kakinada and delivered to us on 10-05-2022 at 16-38. Very much shocked to notice the behaviour of DTDC courier parcel delivery boy with tel no. 7829397317. He happened to give us calls ,though we were trying to receive they got missed.Then immediately with in 'one minute' we opened the door and noticed the delivery boy with tel no. 7829397317. He was very harsh and impatient threatening us to take back the parcel thus deprieving us of its receipt. please note that parcel was of Rs.2600/- and containing very much sought after household material was being brought from 1000 km far. We senior citizens , after making several beseeching requests he handed over the parcel , challenging us that he would not bother about any customer care and concern.
Please instruct your representatives to inculcate soft & positive attitude along with due patience of behavior with customers in the interest of customer focus .
This grievance was already given to DTDC representatives on tel no.07305770577, but there was no acknowledgement ,that is why we are again coming to you thru this mail for a corrective action from DTDC in the interest of their customer focus.
We are trusted customers of DTDC and we always prefer DTDC , but this type occurrences will put us , being senior citizens very much scared and afraid of your deliver boys

I am a potential recipient of a parcel bearing AWB D42244018. This reached at the destination on 11.7.2022. Since then DTDC has slept despite complaints. It is a normal routine not to deliver the parcels in time. By the way the package contains live plants which by now would be dead. I don't see any reason that you will pay attention as it is normal of not taking any action on customer complaints.
