    Sir,
    I am waiting DTC bus last 45 min but there is no bus service available in afternoon time (1:00pm to 4:00 pm). And bus driver is not stop bus at rainy well stop and Delhi sachiwaliye stop. So my request please increase the services of jheel buses(bus no-39,703,310,316) at afternoon time. And immediately take action against careless DTC bus drivers.

    आपका टिकट लेने के app में payment options nhi आ रहा था जिसके कारण में टिकट लेने में असमर्थ था जिसके लिए मेने बस संचालक को पैसे देकर टिकट लेना चाहा पर बस में भीड़ होने का कारण उसने मेरी आवाज नही सुनी इसके बादमें बदरपुर से अगले स्टॉप पर टिकट चेकर आ गए और समझाने के बादमें भी मेरे पर्स से 150/– निकलवा कर बिना बात के बहेश करने लगे मेरे पैसे देने से पहले ही वो मेरी 200/–की पर्ची काट चुके थे तो मेरे को वो 150 + 50 total 200/- rupey मेने दे दिए पर पर्ची पर मेरा नाम ही नही था तो मैने चेकर से वो स्वीकार नहीं करा तो वो बस के मार्शल और संचालक को देकर गए या नहीं मेरे को नही पता पर इन्होंने उतरते time भी मेरे उस पर्ची के लिए नही टोका ना रोका गया

    Today I was on activa and near to Rohini Sector 8 redlight around 4:48 PM. Signal turned green for straight and right turns. This bus no DL 51GD2238 was behind my activa and I was going Straight towards Rohini West Metro station. Driver neither give horn or right indicator and tried to overtake and hit the activa. I was just saved but have got severe bruises.

    Driver was not ready to accept the mistake. Strict actions should be taken against him. Let me know if you need any further details.

    Last week one of lady try to get in bus and fall down because he he didn't stop because of females on stop when people shouted he stop far from stop but the lady got so many bruises because when she try to get in he start the bus and she fell down on road

    Dear Sir
    I have travelled today on 25/12/2022 from Delhi Secretariat to Swasthya Vihar in bus no DL1PD0702 , Conductor asked for ticket , i have replied having a E-pass then conductor asked in abusing word to show him E-pass

    When i show my E-pass in my mobile then he took my mobile and went to back on his seat .After some moments when i asked to return my mobile he replied in abusing & redely word to come and take your mobile from my seat. At that time approx. 10 passengers was in the bus including 5 ladies.

    There was Rs.2200 in my mobile back cover ( 1 note of Rs.2000 & 1 note of Rs.200 )
    When he gave my mobile after some time the money was absent from my mobile back cover.
    It was known to me after leaving the bus at V3S mall, When i saw my money is absent in my mobile back cover i ran behind the bus but bus departed and gone away.

    i have tried on DTC Cluster customer care no. 01146052200 but the no. was busy since very long time.
    Kindly look the camera recording of bus no. DL1PD0702 since 10:30 AM to 11:00 and take the sufficient & hard action on Conductor and return my money.

    I advise you to kindly terminate this condutor ASAP

    Today 08- Feb-2023 pamposh enclave bus no DL1PC8949 at 10:00 A.M. bus no 511. Bus driver was not stop bus at stand properly, instead he stop the bus far from bus stand. until i reached the bus he quickly close the door and exit from bus stand.

    one of the issue is when many buses are come in same time. 2nd and 3rd buses, stand behind the first bus. therefor 2nd and 3rd bus drivers open the
    gate at such place, which create the issue of the same as mentioned above.

    Snatching of my mobile - no help from Bus marshal by Gopal Krishan:

    On the 18th March 2023 I boarded bu No. 141 from Punjab National Bank bus stop near Madhuban Chowk. When the bus moved towards Madhuban Chowk some one snatched my mobile and jumped out of the bus. The marshal in the bus did not help in the matter and I lost my moblie. If DTC authorities can help in the matter. Of course,, I have lodged a complaint with the police.

    Today I was travelling in By Pass Express Saria Kalekan Bus No DL01PC 7363. First he was getting in ladies passengers from front door and then we asked to marshal why are you getting in from front door. He was loudly talking and shouting on us. When we told to him that how can we getting out from bus as you well and check in the bus how's crowd in bus. Then he was told me it's not my duty and I can't told to ladies anything. Bus driver said to me, You are Lawyer and you know lots of acts ( Tu bhot valik ho raha hee tuje bhot jada kanoon pata hee).

    I hope my complaint will be registered and take action on the marshal and bus driver.
