Hello sir
We have wait for long hours buses between 12 pm to 4 pm. Which lead to lot of rush on the bus stand. Also we reached the college late. So kindly slve this problem. I'm specifing specially to the 234, 108 and 816 bus route. So it's a humble request to solve the problem asap

dear sir/ma'am,
good evening, this is shubhangi, i want to complain about 433 dtc poor service, because, i am facing very problem because of it, i do travel from SND depot to south extension, in the morning ,and i daily wait for 433 for one hour , but sadly telling that there is no service of it , so i have to take personal auto to reach my destination .. and i got late because of this ... daily since 6 months ... and i do notice that the unnecessary....there is frequent service of 427..469...and many more buses coming frequently but .. 433 dont. and i want to share one more thing here that i got injured also because of one bus which was over crowded and my hand got stuck between the doors , because drivers closes the door suddenly , it took two to three weeks for recovery and so many doctors visits, i have the proper prove of that incident .. but i didnt complain anywhere , now i am doing because i am noticing that situation is not getting better , i tried complain phone numbers but they didnt pick my call ..and now i m here leaving my message .. i m requesting that please whoever is reading this please take some action that 433 service will improve ... please respond .

Sir the bus no DLIPD 5683 (944) did not stopped in bus stop Agrasen around 5:07 pm. After giving hand also the driver didn't stopped the bus and conductor inside the bus shaking his hands as no the bus will not stop. Sir this causes inconvenience to the passengers standing in bus stop for so long in such a heat. Please do strict action against the driver and conductor who are not stopping the bus in the bus stand when the bus is not with the much passenger inside it. Hope you will take the action against them and will reply back.
