Sir,
The Bus DS -2 plying from Sector/4/5 Ashirwad Chowk takes the passengers from Madhu Vihar Stand. The initial time was 0815 in the morning which we were availing the service for the last so many years. But for the last 2-3 months the Bus is irregular, sometimes reaches 0845-0850 at Madhu Vihar stand and reaches its destination at about 1030 a.m at CGO Complex. Thus, the whole purpose of the Bus for an important Offices of CGO, Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium is defeated.
May I request you on behalf of other passengers nearly 10 -12 from Madhu Vihar Stand to make the Bus regular on its scheduled time.

On 29-04-2023 at 5.20 P.M., maine DTC Orange Bus Route No.205, DL1PD-2521 ko Seelampur stand se Durgapuri Chowk kay liye pakdi, maine bus ka ticket Rs.5/- ka conductor se liya, lekin conductor ne mujhe ticket nahi diya, balki mere alawa kai aur passengers ko bhi Rs.5/- ka ticket nahi diya, yeh kehkar taal diya kee koi ticket checker nahi milega, aur conductor apne mobile par lagataar baate kar raha tha.
maine conductor se kaha yadi koi ticket checker raste main mil gaya to kya hoga? tum apni jimmedari logay, iskay bawjood bhi usne mujhe aur others passengers ko Rs.5/- ka ticket nahi diya, balki jitne bhi Rs.5/- Rs.5/- passengers ticket kay liye de rahe thay, conductor un Rs.5/- kay sikko ko apni pocket main daal raha tha
Kripya conductor ko naukri karne ka tarika samjhaye. naukri har jagah nahi hai?

Dear Sir/Madam,
We wish to inform you that DTC Bus Pass online system is very bad at present. Many peoples are in trouble due to making online DTC Bus Pass. At present OTP is not reflecting on mobile.
If you do not want to give best service to the people then please stop the online DTC Bus Pass.
Wazirpur Bus Pass section is also in bad condition. all DTC window of DTC Bus is not opening well in time. Please change the time of DTC Pass making and do 7:00 am to 7 pm. all the DTC pass making executive of DTC Bus Pass in Wazirpur are useless and waisted the time.

I was crossing the Area near Rohini East Metro station and i green cluster Bus came with Registration No. 8472 and the driver is trying to cross the red light and just touched my legs. When i am complaining about the same to Guard sitting in the Bus (Name- Rakesh) he is not listening to me. All of them Driver, Guard and Conductor are saying why are you complaining you are not hurt. Please register a complaint against all of them. Bus have crossed the Foot path and trying to cross red light and touched my legs.

The Cluster Bus No.DL 1PC 6213 diverted it's route through Sunheri Bag Road and avoided the G Block Bus Stop without any reason. The other DTC Bus (Route No.540) which was behind this Cluster Bus went in it's stipulated route. When I asked the driver of the bus, he said it is our wish in which route we will travel and usually, we came through this route. Please take necessary action as we the Govt. Servants working in Sena Bhawan, South Block, DRDO HQ are facing hardships due to the whimscal attitude of some of the DTC drivers.

Hi Bus no. DL1PD6343 i.e. DWC
I am commuting daily in that bus in the morning.Leaves at 9:30 am from Sector 16 Rohini.But for some time the illegal activities of bus drivers are going on.The driver keeps sitting with a girl inside the bus due to which the bus runs late.I request you to change the driver of that bus as soon as possible.
