Bus driver not stopping the bus on bus stop by Nikita Garg:

The driver of route 102 A bus that passes through rohini sector 23 balaji bhawan bus stop at 8 Am is not stopping the bus at the bus stop on a regular basis. The vehicle number is DL 1P D4430.
This has also happened in the past, particularly 2 days back, when I was forced to lodge a complaint on DTC website.
Please address the grievance, as it is causing unnecessary delays to the residents.

I took bus 894 ( DL 1 PC 7798) from Patel Nagar to Faiz Road in the evening ( 06:15 pm) dated 23 September 2023, the bus dropped me off before Faiz Road and took me straight to Jahandhwalan metro station when I asked the driver said, The traffic police standing there asked him to go from the other side and Faiz Road was 500 meters away from there, I have lots of bags, I told him that you had done all this a few days ago also, the same bus stopped the passengers going to Faiz Road in the middle of the way. He had got down midway when I told him that he could not do this. I will complain about you, then the driver and marshal said, complaint, it doesn't matter. Meaning, these days no one has any fear, please take action against him. And let it be said that if anyone has to get down on the road, please do so only on the stand.

मेरे साथ हुए यात्रा के दौरान, मैंने देखा कि बस की पहले बैनर लाइट बुझी हुई थी मेरे और दूसरी सवारियों के पूछने पर "भैया यह कहा जाएगी" तो बस के बैनर लाइट पर BREAKDOWN (ब्रेकडाउन) लिखागया और गेट को बंद करके बस चलाई गई ,इसके बाद मैं और अन्य यात्रीगण दूसरी बस में बैठ गए जैतपुर मोड़ पर जाम लगने के कारन यह बस हमारी बस के पीछे आगयी और पहलादपुर बस स्टैंड के पास धौला कुआं का बैनर लगाया गया बस में ड्राइवर कंडक्टर और गार्ड के अलावा कोई नहीं था और समय लगभग 9:35 am से 9:45 am के आसपास हो रहा था.
मैं इस घटना के बारे में बहुत चिंतित हूँ और इसे एक सीरियस गड़बड़ी के रूप में मानता हूँ। बस सेवा का उपयोग करने वाले यात्री के लिए सुरक्षित और सुविधाजनक होना चाहिए, और यह समर्थन जाता है कि गेट को समय पर खोला जाये ताकि यात्री बस में समय पर पहुंच सकें।
मेरा आपसे अनुरोध है कि आप इस घटना की जाँच करें और बस ड्राइवर और कंडक्टर को सुझाव और प्रशासनिक कार्रवाई लें, ताकि इस तरह की घटनाएँ फिर से न हों।
मैं आपकी जल्दी कार्रवाई की प्रतीक्षा कर रहा हूँ और इस समस्या के समाधान के लिए आपका साथ चाहता हूँ।

At bus stand of botanical metro station, ticket checkers used to stop the bus at stand and start checking tickets without asked to start the bus again. It took lot of time of passengers. As per rule they must check tickets in moving bus.

Sir, I respectfully request you that DTC bus no. 215 is not going on its scheduled route, the bus drivers divert the bus from Sector 5, due to which the passengers have to walk from Lal Flat towards Ganga Toli Temple, the drivers are driving the bus as per their wish. Please solve this problem..
