    booked ticket through Sugama App on 1.8.19 from Karwar to B'lore for 3.8.19 @ 7.30 bus. Amount got debited but ticket not received. Contacted Customer Care over phone. Informed will be credited back to account. Nor credited till now. As instructed booked a new ticket. Confirmed with PNR 6595355. Request to credit back the amount at the earliest

    As I asked kinner to switch on charging point.he replied as no. It's like sircasting kind of Words.not given time to urinate as well.(KA 51 AA 9177.BANGLORE TO BELAGAVI)This Time I am feeling very bad experiences in sugama.till now I prefered sugma travels.and recommend to my family and friends to use sugama travels.

    Hello sir,

    I traveled by suguma from mudhol to Bangalore on 30 Dec, 2019 by bus number 3378 at 7.35 pm and driver name Nandeesh .+919620136648

    Was not knowing the exact stop, so I tried to connect the number from 7pm which was mentioned in the message. But I couldn't connect him even after trying for multiple times. Then I saw the bus stopping nearby Shanti Sagar , have been waiting there.

    Driver called me at 7.35pm, he started speaking very rudely way, where are you, don't you know the stop, what if I left without stopping for you. So on. I complained the same to Bangalore branch, even that guy response too rude, I have tried to convey him reviews about rude behavior of staff, you ppl didn't address n pls check n address. He started replying very rudely, do you want me to say driver to stop there only. I politely replied I didn't mean so many reviews about the same. Just conveying to address, since still staff behavior is same. He spoke rudely saying learnt behavior from our parents, no need to learn from you ppl n disconnected the call.

    I have been traveling by srs/vrl travels from almost 8years. Never faced this kind of situation.
    So worst behavior by travelling first time by suguma.

    I think, if person doesn't have training on, how to behave with the customer either for staff or driver? If so, I would not have faced today, even after mentioning so many reviews abt the same from many ppl.
    Hope you will understand and address the same, so that nobody should not face like me.

    Subject- Really sorry to say itwas a horrendous experience with your transport service provider Sugama Touristas I couldn’t join my new job in time. 
    I SujayKumar Naik, I Booked theticket for my friend in the name of Mallika Naik, single lady to travelfrom Karwar Uttara Kannada to Bangalore on 11/10/20 to join her new job inBangalore. It was a serious step in her life so I booked the bus a day beforein advance on 9/10/19 with pnr no TS201009093521672478WEFY. as I alwaystrust and prefer private buses to travel for my safety.I booked the bus through an onlineportal by Abhibus.com, bus operator name Sugama Tourist and paid onlinefor seat no U6. However, My boarding time was7:45pm, so I was reached to the karwar bus  stand @7:42pm , that time Icalled to driver or some crew person  phone number 7026878115 @7:48pm ,(Fyi- I have attached call history screen shot) but driver was told theyare already left karwar and on the way to ankola @7:48 they are in Arga(place),Arga appropriate 13 km away from the sugama bus boarding point, I requested forStop the bus we will catch their itself but driver was disagree for that and hetold go and ask the office like, It was a disheartening situationfor me because, though I booked in advance, she ended up staying in the bus standwith a jobless person.She was really shocked anddepressed because she didn’t have any other way to reach Bangalore to join hernew job. Moreover, there was no way She could travel by any other way. So Itried to sort out this by all the possible ways to requested with the Sugamaoffice people but they are shouting with me and my brother also, Irresponsible Sugama supervisor and his staff are giving theJustification for themselves but no one helped with the single lady passenger,they blame us for external online booking , they told don't ask hear ask with Abhibusand all if I booked through with their office 100% they will help me butno one cooperated and sorted my things out.Disappointed single ladypassenger had to go back by hiring a private car to home in heavy rain.I think this is the unpardonablemistake from Abhibus And Sugama Tourist as it has affected her life and herfuture career and I would expect a proper enquiry about this issue from yoursaid as it is unfair with me. Hope you will understand my pain anddisappointment and do the needful.     I am travelling in Sugama Bus from Bangalore to Yellapur today. When I complained to the bus staff that the co-passanger has probably consumed alcohol and he is troubling during travelling.They have not acted on my greviances.This shows the rude attitude of the staff.Kindly take some action against the issue.

    You should stop in a place which is clean and suitable for all.
