We had booked the bus from Bangalore to Udupi on 20th December 2023 via SUGAMA TRAVELS. We were informed that there will two stops in a 10 hour journey. But the driver was reluctant for the 2nd stop. We were troubled. It was a horrible journey. And the driver was inefficient. Bad experience

I am Abdul Salam I was booked my ticket by online so Today 9 April 2024 my journey is from Gottigere To Shahapur so when I came to pick up location their is no bus available on Gottigere pick up point when I called to driver he said come to majestic so I said my pickup point is in Gottigere he is disconnected my call.Driver Name is Sanjay so I am requesting to you people if you don't provide service by pickup location then why you mentioned in online payment.
