We had booked the bus from Bangalore to Udupi on 20th December 2023 via SUGAMA TRAVELS. We were informed that there will two stops in a 10 hour journey. But the driver was reluctant for the 2nd stop. We were troubled. It was a horrible journey. And the driver was inefficient. Bad experience
