    Dear AbhiBus and Sugamateam,
    Subject- Really sorry to say itwas a horrendous experience with your transport service provider Sugama Touristas I couldn’t join my new job in time. 
    I SujayKumar Naik, I Booked theticket for my friend in the name of Mallika Naik, single lady to travelfrom Karwar Uttara Kannada to Bangalore on 11/10/20 to join her new job inBangalore. It was a serious step in her life so I booked the bus a day beforein advance on 9/10/19 with pnr no TS201009093521672478WEFY. as I alwaystrust and prefer private buses to travel for my safety.I booked the bus through an onlineportal by Abhibus.com, bus operator name Sugama Tourist and paid onlinefor seat no U6. However, My boarding time was7:45pm, so I was reached to the karwar bus  stand @7:42pm , that time Icalled to driver or some crew person  phone number 7026878115 @7:48pm ,(Fyi- I have attached call history screen shot) but driver was told theyare already left karwar and on the way to ankola @7:48 they are in Arga(place),Arga appropriate 13 km away from the sugama bus boarding point, I requested forStop the bus we will catch their itself but driver was disagree for that and hetold go and ask the office like, It was a disheartening situationfor me because, though I booked in advance, she ended up staying in the bus standwith a jobless person.She was really shocked anddepressed because she didn’t have any other way to reach Bangalore to join hernew job. Moreover, there was no way She could travel by any other way. So Itried to sort out this by all the possible ways to requested with the Sugamaoffice people but they are shouting with me and my brother also, Irresponsible Sugama supervisor and his staff are giving theJustification for themselves but no one helped with the single lady passenger,they blame us for external online booking , they told don't ask hear ask with Abhibusand all if I booked through with their office 100% they will help me butno one cooperated and sorted my things out.Disappointed single ladypassenger had to go back by hiring a private car to home in heavy rain.I think this is the unpardonablemistake from Abhibus And Sugama Tourist as it has affected her life and herfuture career and I would expect a proper enquiry about this issue from yoursaid as it is unfair with me. Hope you will understand my pain anddisappointment and do the needful.
