    Sir, എനിക്ക് വേഗത്തിൽ എത്താനായി വൈറ്റില യിൽനിന്നും kL-15 A1986 സൂപ്പർ എക്സ്പ്രസ്സ്‌ ബസ്സിൽ രാവിലെ 10മണിക്ക് കയറി. ചേർത്തലയിൽ 10.50 എത്തി. 10മിനിറ്റ് ചായ. 45മിനിറ്റ് ടയർ repair.. ആലപ്പുഴയിൽ എത്തിയപ്പോൾ 12.25.എനിക്ക് മീറ്റിംഗ് നഷ്ടം. സൂപ്പർ ഫാസ്റ്റ് ആയിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ 11.30 എത്തും... ചാർജ് കുറവ്... ആയതിനാൽ വേണ്ട നടപടി ഉടൻ വേണം..

    Today on 10- 11- 2020 I am travelled Bus no kL 15 8346 RNC. 172 Bus service Eranakullam to Guruvayoor time,12.30 pm Bus conductor behaviour is very very bad He try to threat me please take necessary action

    Dear sir,
    Trivandrum to munnar is long service. But the ksrtc peoples not bothered passengers problems. They have using bad vehicles used to travel. Munnar is a hill area. So need more powerful and complaint les vehicle also need the experienced driver.

    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service provided by KSRTC. On [26/12/2023] and 6.45am], I and my friend experienced an issue inconveniencing me and impacting my travel plans by the conductor of the bus no. AT314 Mr.M.Binukumar(ph.no: 7034854314). I believe it is crucial for such incidents to be addressed promptly to ensure the reliability of the service.

    Very bad. The behavior of conductor( Mr Sajeev Kumar T) towards the passangers were not acceptable. The bus was already 1hr late. The main issue was that i asked the conducter to please stop to the next stop which around only 2km. Because the time was 1 am and a lady was there , the stop they stoped the bus were full of dark and nobody in the road. Her father was waiting to the next stop so it can be affordable and safety for the women but the conducter neglected to carry her to next 2km. He asked to take ticket again which cost around 200/- for 2km. Anyway the bus is going that way, it was night and a lady alone. So i and that lady went out of the bus and i waited for her father to arrive. Very bad behavior from a govt employee. This is how they treat women shame. If any officials see this message please take needfull directions and warning to this because what if another women will face same situation and anything happened to her .     We booked KSRTC Volvo on 26/2/2024 at early morning 3.30 am.in online bus details showing bus will reach sultan bather early morning @3.30 am(purpose for attending interview).for reconfirmation on 25/2/2024 evening we called to the bus driver and he said the bus will reach to sultan batheri @ morning 6 am.online timing and bus driver information both also different timings .for emergency we booked another bus.we cannot cancel the ticket also .time is up already .according to the driver said to send the mail.please refund our cash.
