I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service provided by KSRTC. On [26/12/2023and 6.45am], I experienced an issue where the conductor of bus no.AT314 Mr.M.Binukumar ignored our request to stop the bus and which inconvenience me and impacting my travel plans. I believe it is crucial for such incidents to be addressed promptly to ensure the reliability of the service.
