On [26/12/2023] and 6.45am], I and my friend experienced an issue inconveniencing me and impacting my travel plans by the conductor of the bus no. AT314 Mr.M.Binukumar(ph.no: 7034854314). I believe it is crucial for such incidents to be addressed promptly to ensure the reliability of the service.
