    I am a regular passenger at aryanad parandode bus from medical college I felt very glity to inform you that it was a big mistake from your side...so surley I have to compliment about this..on 8/6/19 bus time 6:10pm from medical college...I am a regular passenger from pmg .that was a rainy day in the bus there is no much crowd but it's look crowd...from peroorkkada there is a passenger(women) came into the bus .she stand in the footboard but the conductor not attend the passenger.atlast she gave the ticket money to the conductor when bus reach at nedumangad... That time he shout like an animal ..he said that he is a clerk passenger have to go and ask for the ticket...we are common people.. usually conductor ask for the tickets and we pay... please warn this kind of people at least please be careful to talk with women other ways it creates more problems please not this...bus no-rt591 ard

    Hi,

    I want to know that in every bus there is a few seats reserved for ladies only, now it is valid or it is a fake promise. Because every day I am using ksrtc bus for my travelling from Ernakulam to muvattupuzha, same time and same bus. But in this bus these ladies reserved seats are using by our gentle men and they are not ready to give those seats to ladies. Conductor is also giving his silent permission to these men for using these ladies seats. Today again I faced the same situation. Due to some health issues I can't be standing a long time in buses. So I request Conductor for a ladies seat which all are seated by the men. He is not ready to give the ladies seat to me. All are arguing that if the men are ready to give then I can sit otherwise I need to stand in the bus.

    Alleppey to Coimbatore Superfast bus
    (KL 15 A 958 - RPK270) was to leave Thrissur Stand at 9.45 am today (31.07.2019). The bus driver and conductor get into the bus at 10.00 am. And then says there was a reservation and trying to call the person who has reserved. Is the conductor privy to details of person booking the ticket? Does this bus have a reservation? Or was he trying to get an acquaintance a seat. Even if there was a reservation and the passenger comes late does the bus wait for him? The bus was already late by 15 minutes.

    I am regular traveller in ksrtc bus, between kothamangalam to ernakulam route.. In between 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm there is only 1 or 2 service to kothamangalam route from ernakulam south.. some times it may be only 1 service.. peoples are waiting in bus stops and wasting their health and time. More over peoples are tired after their works. At this time there are 6 or 7 service to chalakkudy and more over the buses are fully empty.. so humbly i am requesting to make an arragement for 1 or 2 service to kothamangalam route in between this time..

    Respected sir/Madam,

    It's a small request to the authority about the ladies seats. Most of the ladies were facing this same issue. I am working in Bangalore. Almost all months I'm coming to Kerala by Karnataka KSRTC, because they have ladies seats. Kerala KSRTC doesn't have that option while booking. Most of the timings the nearby seats are share by gents. It's very difficult for long trips. So kindly add that option. So we can comfortably travel in our KSRTC. Kindly consider this request.

    I'm working at Palakkad . I use to travel from Palakkad to Aluva on every fridays. As far as I'm aware,all buses are required to pass through the Aluva bus stand after 9 pm. But most of the KSRTC superfast buses towards Ernakulam and Trivandrum do not follow that.The recently started Thrissur-Ernakulam FPs are also not passing by the Aluva bus stand.As local bus services are not available after 9 pm its really difficult for the passengers .Kindly look into this problem and do the needful,as soon as possible.

    Sir, I, Anagha OM a central govt. employee, resident of Trivandrum was traveling KSRTC public transport (RNK 999, KL 15 9414) with my husband on 17/10/2019 at 6.30PM. The bus was crowded and the ladies seats were filled with men. When I requested to the conductor for the seat he teased me. I repeatedly requested to the conductor but he didn't took any action. It was written in the bus that "traveling in the reservation seat is punishable and will be fined Rs500". But I didn't get justice.
    Kindly requesting you to take action against the conductor who didn't done his job.

    I booked the ticket from Gulbarga to Belgaum and from Gulbarga timing is showing 12am night but the bus is reaching to gulbarga around 1:30am to 1:45am,
    And ksrtc staff is telling sense from last 7 years its happening like this only.
    But KSRTC is puting in trouble to passenger in mid night, you should have to change the timing in online booking immediately.
    Passengers have to wait around 2 hours in bus stand..
    Ksrtc is wasting the passengers timing.
    You should have to take change the online timing as soon as possible...
    And your Gulbarga KSRTC counter staff is not having the manners how to tall with passenger they all are talk in rudely way...
    So please take the action and change the timing also..
